My order [Order *******] has been delayed until late October. I have 2 issues: this tree was in memory of my late husband and the dedication was planned for October 12; this date was set after receiving an anticipated delivery date for the tree; when I ordered the tree I also anticipated being able to plant the tree early enough to settle into its new home before the end of the growing season and an expected harsh winter.
I have ordered 2 trees. The one I ordered this spring is growing up and is very full a beautiful addition to our new yard! The second one is doing really well in my front yard a beautiful accent to our new home!
I have planted a wide variety of trees, bushes and other flower species All have arrived in great condition

I have a big lot and purchase shrubs, roses, or trees every spring and autumn for the last 6 years. The plants are always healthy and exactly as described. Importantly, you will get exactly what you ordered, no substitution or mistakes in processing orders.
When I found the website from an add on Facebook I was skeptical. But, the selection was good and the prices were better than a local big box store.
After waiting weeks for a specific fig tree, they cancelled my order abruptly saying I had cancelled it. When I inquired as to what happened, they said it was now a quality control issue. When asked what they would do about it for me, I was told I could buy a much more expensive tree or have nothing at all. That's when I decided this was NOT the company that needed my money. I took a chance on convenience and lost. I'll be buying local in the future.
I ordered an Olive tree from you and received a branch in some dirt. It looked nothing like your website describes or resemble the pictures you have in any way. I emailed you and eventually you sent s replacement of the same exact thing! Now I have 2 branches with all the growth on only one side neither looks anything like you sold me! I'm beyond disappointed in your company, your product and deceptive ways and the way you handle complaints. This is utterly unacceptable to do business this way and I plan on publicly reviewing your company everywhere I can reflecting what happened. You are not a company people should be doing business with under these circumstances. Just an awful experience with a shady, deceptive business. Stay away from this business!
Received my evergreen. Came with plastic bag over a very small ball for the root system. Planted and following all recommended instructions with soil watering etc. Emerald green started declining. Called and spoke with horticultural and was told to give it three weeks and call back with outcome. Evergreen continues to decline and is not going to make it.requested a refund and was given the run around and told me to wait for another 3 weeks. No improvement. IAM totally disappointed in the way this company. Was told they don't refund money and they would have to file a claim what ever that means. Point is don't do business with them as they do not honor the guarantee they promised. Very poor practices, but once they get your money you can kiss it goodbye 👋
Orders, both compromised by very late delivery by FDX Plants and replacements arrived dead. Not a pleasant shopping experience.

HERE IN SC WE LOST ALL OF OUR TREES, BUT BECAUSE YOU STAND BY YOUR PRODUCT WE HAVE A FRESH PLANTING OF TREES IN THE GROUND AGAIN.
Ordering was very easy. From placing my order to receiving my order was quick. The plant I ordered "Little John Bottlebrush" was in great condition, very healthy. I would definitely order from Fast Growing Trees again.
I ordered an evergreen (blue spruce) and it is great - but I ordered it too small - and that was totally on me for not paying attention to the size when I ordered.

This is my second experience with FGT. The first one went without a glitch. This second one, the tree shipment was delayed about 9 weeks, which means it was going to go past the freezing date for my location. I wanted the tree in the ground 5-6 weeks before the freeze date for it to settle before the winter. Now i have to wait until the spring, which means the hole in the ground is going to be there for about 8 or so months.
We received our 10 (6-7 foot) evergreens as scheduled, great tracking info. One tree was damaged when the pot broke loose in the box and broke the tree trunk. I contacted customer service, send some photos and in 3 days my replacement tree arrived. Impressive customer service! The trees are healthy looking and seem to be doing well. I also liked being able to order the trees in August but delay shipping until September- a better time to plant in my zone. Overall a very good experience, I would definitely order again from this company.
I ordered the large Olive Tree. What arrived at the door was very scrawny and not at all as pictured or described. It just lacked a lot of branches and leaves and fell short on height. It is surviving and did have olives on it, but I have yet to see any growth.
Plants delivered on time, in good condition; hydrangea had the most blossoms of any of my plants - even survived New York's hot summer. Will order more next spring - beautiful showing for a city terrace garden!
Our trees arrived packed with care. We got many notifications upon arrival. So we were ready! Planted them fall of 2025. All the trees look great! We also ordered am assortment of blackberries. We cant wait to see come spring for our mini orchard
The larger and more expensive trees have been fine although one got mixed up and they sent us an invasive plant instead. The small plants have been puny — and replacements have all been fairly pathetic. Attempts to get replacements are unnecessarily scrutinized and challenged. Get what you pay for I guess.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
