The plants were easy to order and track, but low quality. One of the two viburnum was seriously doseased, lilac is barely hanging on and jap maple died.
First time ordering trees online. The trees were very healthy, and we received them fast.
First blossom tree took over two weeks to deliver. No surprise it was dead in the box. FGT sent another one which arrived in 3 days and was in the ground immediately. After watering everyday this tree is looking pretty dead too.

Not only was my tree delivered in 3 days it came perfectly packaged and very healthy. Great company and customer service. I would definitely recommend them and will be buying again from them in the near future.
Ordered 3 crape myrtles and a banana tree. Only one crape myrtle showed up and it was the wrong color. Contacted the company and was told the three trees would again be sent out to me, after waiting almost a week I contacted them again and was told the had no record of it and were just going to refund me because they were now back ordered on the color I ordered. After going back on the website, the trees were available but the price jumped by $20 a tree. Just very disappointed

I bought my tree and the listing for it had a counter with how many trees were left. The listing also listed that it would ship within two days. A week after ordering and the tree hadn't shipped, so I contacted customer service. An employee responded that same day and said they were out of the height I purchased and would upgrade it free of charge. The employee also said it would ship the next day. It is extremely frustrating that no one reached out to me proactively about the situation in spite of their representations on the listing, but the replacement of a taller tree was sufficient. 3 days later still no shipping notice and I again had to reach out to the company. The tree then shipped with no response from the company. Overall, I wouldn't buy from FGT again. The customer shouldn't have to hound a company to fulfill their end of the purchase. The tree is great, but the marginal savings was greatly outweighed by the abysmal customer service. I wouldn't do it again.
We are so sorry that we weren't able to ship this tree! Unfortunately when dealing with Mother Nature, she can be unpredictable and the remainder of our inventory just wasn't up to par to ship. We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience!
I appreciate the wonderful selection of plants and trees and mostly that the plants arrived alive and well packaged. I ordered 6 chocolate chip Ajuga plants and they were all alive and well and healthy. They were easy to plant.
Both trees wilted and died within a week despite following all normal tree care. I've grown many plants and trees. These had no hope. I still have them in the ground and hoping they recover.

My order arrived missing a dogwood tree that was on sale. No one contacted me that the product was sold out. I then had to pay double for a different dogwood tree. My tree is in the ground but doesn't look good. Keeping an eye on it.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
