I ordered 2 cherry trees and an indoor plant. One of the cherry trees and the indoor plant are doing wonderfully. One of the cherry trees is not. We had previously ordered from this shop and had a great experience, I'm honestly surprised to get a dud from them. I suppose I should have purchased the additional insurance. We would shop here again, just disappointing to get a tree that didn't take.

Trees are healthy but don't be fooled by the "2-3ft". I was expecting a couple year old tree that is 2-3ft not a seedling on a 3ft high graft. Trees this size are usually around 45 bucks at the local green house.

Third try on the same order, the shipment was in April, plants arrived healthy and in good shape. Suggest you not ship citrus when freezing weather is expected on the shipping route. I appreciate that you replaced the dead plants twice, that was good business practice. I am happy now to have a healthy lime plant.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
