3/4 plants were dead. Replacement also died within 2 days. Only 1 of the original shipment is doing well - planted all of them the same way once I received!

I recently purchased two trees from them. One of them did not survive past two weeks. I contacted them and they replaced it. The new tree is looking good. I am a very Happy Customer.
Company sent a plant much smaller than advertised and then said they only guarantee the size of the pot, not the tree. Very unprofessional customer service. I would stay completely away from this company. Product was 1 foot smaller and looked almost dead. Would not offer a refund or exchange, even though their policy is a 30 day guarantee. I even paid insurance for a year to have the plant replaced. Well, we know how valid those guarantees are don't we. STAY AWAY from these charlatans!

We had a few setbacks with Tongo crape myrtles that would not leaf. We selected a Sioux as a replacement and the tree already had a bloom when it arrived a few weeks ago. It is growing very well.

Over time, this company is falling further down the scale, of what I call, a good company. I had a lot of trouble this year. So much so that I won't be ordering from them again, ever. I have receive shrimpy plants, and I had a hard time with one of my "insurance claims", so much so I thought I was going to have to start asking to talk to a manager. The girl finally did it, but it was such a hassle. It's not supposed to be like that. I had to deal with their customer service several times, and that was also not worth my time. I don't know who they're hiring to work the phones, but they aren't nice, and they don't seem to know what they're doing.

I ordered 6 oak leaf holly trees in the Spring. They arrived as promised and in perfect condition. And they've really been thriving! Looks like lots of new growth. We were so happy we purchased 2 more of these trees in June, and received them in a few days. The weather is hotter now for planting, but so far they are doing fine.
Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. We ordered 5 different trees/bushes and all were great but one which died quickly after being planted. We purchased the warranty and received a replacement bush (which is doing great) quickly and without any issue.
My willow tree arrived as scheduled. It was in a bucket and was easy to transplant. Within days it had new leaves and seems to be very healthy.
Originally I ordered an Autumn Blaze Red maple and a Chinese Pistache. We were going to be on vacation and I needed the shipping to be delayed. I contacted them by phone and the lady I taked to made that happen, no problem. We received the trees. Both were in the 5-6ft range, in 2 separate shipments. The first one that came in was the Red Maple and was in perfect condition. The second was not. Looks like packaging from the 2 different area of the US was a little different in how they are secured or the 2nd just had a rougher trip. Approximately a foot was broke off of the top.
I took pics of both and sent an email to FGT just to let them know that we had planted both and will see how the damaged one will do. I wasn't to worried since we had bought the 1 yr warranty. Their response to my email was that they were shipping me another tree, no questions asked. I consider that great customer service!

I have bought 2 goji, 2 mulberry, 2 rose of sharon, 2 cherry, and 1 carolina jasmine so far, and i can't wait to buy more. One cherry tree died within 30 days of receiving, and the process to replace it it for free was the fastest and easiest thing in the world. I spoke to Angie and Logan on the phone for this process; perfect customer service from each of them.
I have purchased numerous fruit trees and there have been occasions where I have reached out to the customer service. Every single time I have had my queries answered satisfactorily and at times been sent a new tree as well. I have been extremely pleased with doing business with FastTrees and will recommend them to anyone without hesitation
My wife loves using limes in her cooking so I purchased her a Bears/Persian Lime tree from this place since they were nearby and had good reviews online. They only had one last 5-6 ft tree remaining for about $180 so I purchased it. I was so happy and couldn't wait to surprise my wife with it for Mother's Day! The day I received my tree on the front porch part of the 6ft box had been stepped on, staples broken off and the middle section pushed inward. The cardboard box was thin and dingy! It was nothing like their video advertisement. Luckily the tree was not broken in half. However after actually seeing my new citrus tree out of the box I was seriously disappointed and dissatisfied! I could not believe I paid almost $200 for a 5 foot piece of stick! Although my citrus tree appeared healthy, the trunk was the size of the tiny bamboo stick that was holding it up and or the size of my ring finger! Wowow! I'll never buy from this place going forward! Such a rip off! My wife and I should have just drove to Mckenzie Farms and purchased one of their citrus trees instead. We both would have been satisfied.

This company was quite efficient in their shipping and the customer service is great but I've had two trees that didn't make it. The first just never took hold after consistently watering it. The replacement came with what looked like a brown leaf disease? They are shipping a third so fingers crossed.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
