I ordered this tree as a birthday gift for my daughter. I also ordered several of the accessory products and the "saddle," all of which added quite a bit to the cost. The tree arrived looking sad but we thought it was just in need of planting. We followed the directions closely and used the starting products I purchased. Not only did it not perk up, but it is totally dead. Perhaps the so-called saddled "cooked" it. The water in it got very hot from the sun. I feel it was a waste of a lot of money.
Lemon tree came quickly and well packaged but I ordered the biggest lemon tree option and and I would! N't call it a tree. It's just a tree branch! I paid $170 and just saw much bigger lemon trees at Home Depot for $70! I am really thinking about returning if that's an option

The first Blenheim Apricot tree was shipped in April. It took just less than two weeks to arrive to
Eastern Oregon. The tree appeared sickly and nearly dead. Granted, FedEx likely did not anticipate the shipping delays that occurred, so not really FGT problem. We babied the tree in our sun room for a week+ and then planted it in the back yard. After four more weeks the tree was truly dead. The replacement Blenheim arrived sooner and looked weathered with some new leaf die-back but the larger stronger leaves looked well. We planted it in the prepared spot on day 2. That was approximately three weeks ago. Touch and go. Many more leaves and new growth tender branches turned black and withered. It appears near death. But two days ago we've seen two small leaves appear and looking closer there is some swelling budlike bumps that appear light green. Watching carefully. Hope this tree makes it. I do think that Oregon is too far for FGT to be shipping to. It's not fair to the plants or the customer. It's too far and too long for a delicate plant that is kept in a dark box for a week to 10-12+ days to survive that kind of transit. My suggestion is to eliminate West Coast shipping altogether. I don't recommend it.
I wanted a Hass Avocado so much that I had tried to grow it from a pit. Now it is about 6 ft but no luck on any flowers or fruit. Finally I had decided to by one from fast growing tree. Now is about 3 ft tall. I am really hopping to have some avocados this year or the next one. I already purchased a Eucalyptus tree. The lavender bushes are amazing too.! Highly recommend all of it. I ordered three very expensive bulletproof roses they arrived nearly dead and less impressive than grocery store roses for 1/4 of the price. After some back and forth over email the company sent replacements that were just as bad and now all are completely dead. The name enticed me, but these plants were about as bulletproof as a jello loaf at an outdoor picnic in the Sahara desert. Shameful product and so disappointing.

The shrubs arrived on time with lots of communication along the way. The shrubs looked great! Very healthy. I will definitely use Fast Growing Trees again!
When buying a 6-foot tree I was expecting a well developed, mature plant ready to bear flowers and fruits. So far from that! What Igot in a package was on long, thin, 6-foot cane with a few leaves on it. Nonetheless I diligently planted it in spring time, and in 1 month, despite watering and good soil, not only it showed no new leaves, but some branches started dying. It will take years fo that stick to grow side branches and look like a real tree. On the other hand, in Home Depot I can get a nice, cushy tree for the same price (that's after discount on their website). I wanted the convenience to have it delivered to my door, but that's just not worth it.
Selling large trees online is akin selling wi-fi in glass jars - these concepts are just not compatible. Don't expect anything good.

I only leave reviews when there's been a problem. Because I expect the order to be right. So why give her a review for somebody doing what was expected. It's when there's a problem and it's fixed properly that I always leave a review. Had three small trees that did not do well out of 10. They replace the three almost immediately. That's what great services, they are simply awesome to work with.
Other than the high price the plants arrived in excellent condition. They all are in grounded and appears to be doing great.
I bought two fruit trees cherry and pomegranate. I had an issue with the pomegranate tree and I got another one after one month of my claim. The main issue is the trees quality is too bad not like Merrifield Garden Center. I won't buy again from you and will advice my friends too.

One peach tree in my first order in march came as dead and I sent a message to customer service. Autumn responded really quick and started a replacement order for me. Due to the size is out of stock, a bigger size was replaced with.
I was expecting a 1-2 foot tree. It is more like 9 inches and most of the leaves had fallen off by the time the delivery got to me. I still followed all of the directions for planting and added the root fertilizer that was recommended at the time of purchase. It's hanging in there but I certainly won't be expecting fruit in the timeframe they said it would come. Very sad.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
