We received our Japanese Red Maples about three weeks ago. They arrived in satisfactory condition. The FedEx driver left them at our front door standing on end despite the easily seen instructions to lay the box flat causing the dirt around the roots to fall from one of the plant containers. We planted them the next day and they appear to be doing well, however, it is a little early to really tell.

I had prepared a hole for the 2in 1 plum surprise tree but had arrived half dead. Planted immediately and have watered daily but all leaves are gone and only 2 little branches are green. I already called and sent pictures and waited another week for signs of growth but nothing.
A little pricier than the local nursery or big box store, but considerably more variety. Trees are always shipped within a couple of days, and arrive hearty and healthy within a couple of days.
This tree also has disease leaves, crinkled, holes, and sticky white. They said if it happens to be bad they will mail me the next size $10 more but they will not charge me. I have not had the time to call and update them about the condition of the present delivery.

I received 4 strawberry plants that arrived completely out of their container and I just got a box of dirt with some leaves. They were supposed to send me replacements, but I never received them and only a $10 credit to my account was made. I'm pretty sure I also paid for insurance on these.

The price paid for the plants should be bigger as they were a 1/4 of the size of box stores or nurserys and costs 30% more for the same plants..
Couldn't be happier with my experience. They had a hard-to-find tree that I wanted, at a good price, and shipped it to me lightning-fast. The tree was packaged very securely and it is doing well since we planted it.

Ya come quickly, and all the plants/trees arrived very healthy. And they are growing and remaining healthy and vigorous.
The shipping path went through Texas during an extreme heat wave. I was worried. But when the tree arrived I could see that it was packed to survive most any journey. Very Heavy Duty box, the pot was secured in place by strong ties and the bag around the pot was placed in such a way that no dirt was lost and didn't dry out. The tree (hard to find Taylor Juniper) looked great. I burred the pot in a semi shady area for a couple of weeks until temperatures cooled before planting. It's doing very good. Healthy Tree. Happy Customer.

I purchased Bamboo multiplex 4-5 ft, instead the plant I received was over 6 ft, with cut tops, curved stems and mostly dead. I get that it probably traveled through the heat wave and things like that happen when you purchase plants online, but the rest is not at all what was in the description. Also, nowhere in the description was it mentioned that I'll be receiving 3 stems, rather than what I saw on their pictures. It was discounted and shortly after my complaint it went out of stock. Caution when you purchase discounted plants. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because they gave me a full refund without difficulty.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
