Three out of four trees that I purchased survived our brutal winter. I was disappointed in the fourth tree only because I ordered it in July and didn't get it until September and I don't really think it had ample time to root before it got cold.

I just received my first order from this company 4 days ago. It was delivered within a week. There were 6 plants out of 82 that were damaged during shipping, and Fast Growing Trees replaced them quickly.

I received my trees in sturdy boxes. You kept me up to date on arrival and even would not ship till frost was over. Seems like a great company.

The process of purchasing and receiving these plants was simple. I was impressed with the quality of the plants and their condition upon arrival.

The plants ( blazing bush) were dry and some soil had dumped. They are in the ground and we are sure will thrive. Other plants were delivered in excellent condition prior to this order.

I ordered 6 of these before and they grew beautifully. Great privacy natural fence.

The first tree didn't go so well the dogs kept knocking it down and it needs replanted. I would suggest putting a thicker barrier around the tree and taller.

My one year is not up with the thuja trees we bought that died and I was only given a 30 percent discount on my next purchase.

I had a problem last year with the shipping of the a bush and you sent me out a replacement right away. You guys are great!

Easier than this time. Your pricing is misleading. Earlier today I attempted to place an order wit merchandise in excess of $100 because of fre shipping. When I applied the promo cod SPRING20, I was no longer able to get free shipping. I find that misleading and unprofessional

Fast-growing trees offers great sales, promotions, package deals and discounts throughout their website. I have purchased many fruiting trees and bushes that arrive healthy, full and ready to grow. I'm looking to fill my garden with products from Fast-growing trees for many years to come.

Ordered two little fem magnolias, one that cut the leader to fit into the box. I tried to return tree but they gave me a credit to store only. But when I went to buy the replacement tree they removed the discount from the previous purchase and told me nothing they could do about it. Instead they could have me the replacement tree no questions asked needed up spending 45 dollars more for tge same tree. Not right

HAD AN APPLE TREE WHICH DID NOT MAKE IT MORE THAN 4 MONTHS. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ASKED ME TO TAKE A PHOTO OF THE TREE AND SENT A REPLACEMENT ASAP.

I would love to see follow up emails referencing my specific purchase(s) with suggestions on how to keep my plant healthy. For example I purchased a Meyer Lemon Bush and it is flowering but dropping leaves and so far with all the flowers I only have one lemon. Am I over watering, giving too much fertilizer, need to transplant to a bigger pot... what? The leaves come out and then turn brown and fall off. Should I be cutting those branches where all the leaves have dropped. It seems like those branches are dying. I have never had a Meyer Lemon Bush before. I have used AI but still am unsure how to proceed.
