Was delivered to my door standing up. The box said it should be laying flat. Who knows if it was shipped this way or laying flat. It was a little dry but looks better now that it is planted.
I have purchased a number of trees and flowering bushes and have been very happy with the condition of my plants when they arrived. I have found Jacaranda and Chocolate Mimosas here, and just bought a cold hardy avocado.
Thought I was ordering 2 orders of BOGO trees, so entered 2 in the # field. It seems I should have entered 4 as that was the number of trees I would receive. That sale is no longer offered, so I missed out due to that confusing field on your site.

The last three shipments that I have received from you have arrived in very rough shape. All 3 shipments were very dry when they arrived(in two days). I unpacked and watered them immediately on arrival, but it took weeks for them to recover. I got 6 Limelight hydrangeas, you replaced 4 and only 3 of the 10 have lived. I also got 6 Weigelas, and they arrived with most of the foliage dead, but they all have survived after a few weeks of TLC. I'm going to try again, hopefully with a better result!
A plans was broken in the box and communicated with the customer service team and they replaced the plant. Happy with their service.

We ordered a variety of plants. They were all healthy and beautiful. It really changed my garden and the curb appeal of my house.
The Italian Plumb did not make it, the weather in NE is hard to predict but the trees were sent early but Mother Nature decided it wanted the ground cold. Regardless, they kicked back some money and I bought something else, good enough for me.

Plants took longer to arrive than estimated but were packed exceptionally well. All 6 hostas had impressive root systems and were flowering! I cut back the blooms after planting so the hostas could put their energy into their leaves and roots.
They have been in the ground now for over 2 months. 3 of the 6 began growing new leaves within the first few weeks. The other 3 have yet to produce any new growth. Not sure what will happen in the Spring with those 3 but am hopeful that all will survive and thrive.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
