We got 3 trees in very bad condition. Customer service replaced 2 of them. The new trees came also in terrible shape and have since died. Wish I could buy more but just not worth the headache.

Nearly all of the vines and trees that we ordered arrived either sick and dying, or dead upon delivery. They were also extremely small and in the worst condition that we ever witness. Also, tiny and too small for any cost.

Fed ex said they delivered a FGT order when they had actually delivered ANOTHER FGT order—totally fine. I've ordered so much thst I know FGT will figure it out and help me! So a replacement order was placed, but the staff member forgot the Buy two agent two free blueberry special—again, everyone is human, totally fine. So I actually wanted to see if I could exchange a couple items (same price for same price) and was told that was cool, and he set the exhange up. After a 90 min call, a supervisor may or may not have told him that he couldn't do this and then he didn't replace ANYTHING in the order saying that a supervisor would call the following day. Um, what? I had already emailed back and forth over 2 weeks and spent over 2 hours on the phone and now they are saying that they won't do anything until the next day. What?! Why?! It was a huge waste of my time and I was told we could do a very simple exchange, and then after two hours I was like okay just replace the exact order and never mind bc I just didn't have the time to keep going back and forth. But then he couldn't/refused to even do that! Then a supervisor was supposed to call me this afternoon and so far—no call.
Had a. Issue. Not their fault! They fixed it. Would recommend them.
I had ordered 4 plants. They were planted within 3 hours from delivery by FedEx. One was dead on arrival, of the three others only one is still (a little) alive. Poor quality plants. Lesson learned.

Bought a peach and a black gum maple. Peach took a week to stabilize and start growing. Now doing well. Even came with a peach on it!
The maple is a different story. The top was already burned as well as 1/3 of the leaves. I get it... hot as hell everywhere these days. My location for it gets quite a bit of sun as well. We'll see... Hasn't died yet, but it's not thriving yet either.
This company is great. I know I can return anything I order.

Tree was delivered quickly and was in great shape! We got it planted the next day. It has been planted for two weeks now and it is doing well.
First trees I bought from them didn't make it. They sent me another tree free of charge which they didn't have to do. Hopefully this one will make it.
So many problems that I've lost track but here's the jist. Ordered two apple trees and two peach trees. The apple trees arrived - the bottom half of one tree and the top half of the second tree. One peach tree died. Called support for replacements. Fed Ex (their shipper) took about 10 days to deliver. Throughout this ordeal all but one Fed Ex shipment arrived late. Got one apple tree that took and is doing well. The second apple tree - all the leaves were dried up. Called support and they said to wait another month and see if it comes back. It did not and they sent a replacement which Fed Ex, for once delivered on time. It's been in the ground for 3 weeks with no sign that it will grow. Had to replace one of the peach trees and after about six weeks, I still can't tell if it will survive. I could go through my emails and get a more accurate description and timeline for all of this but I've already put in too much time dealing with this company. I'm sure glad I bought an extra year of warranty - one month would have been a joke. I will never buy another tree from not-so-fast-growing trees.
On a more positive note - their help line support staff were very sympathetic and readily provided replacements.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
