I ordered several types of trees, most of them have done great so far. I did lose 2 pear trees and was promptly given a gift certificate to replace them when they're back in stock or purchase something different. Definitely love the warranty. My order arrived in multiple boxes, were well packaged and in pretty good condition when they arrived. They were easy to get in the ground (excpet for the digging a hole part).

My daughter had sent me a beautiful fig tree from fast growing trees a few years ago, so I was expecting a similar experience with this order. Unfortunately, 3 of the 5 trees in this order arrived with broken branches & dry leaves.
The "bloodgood" maple is particularly disappointing— the graft to the rootstock was badly done, on arrival the leaves were spotted & dry, and the rootball was very small & appeared rotted. After several weeks of care, there are some new leaves and buds, but the shape of the new leaves appears distorted.
When i called the information line the person who answered was unfriendly & unhelpful. So very disappointing!
The selection process was very simple. The delivery was fast and I got exactly what I wanted.

When I received myKumquat tree3weeks ago it had5 blossoms. Today, thanks to my homemade "growing potion" it now has over 12 blooms
I ordered two trees. One died about a month after receiving it. I had purchased the warrantee plan, so I requested a replacement. The replacement arrived almost dead, very tiny in size compared to the first, and had shot hole disease on the leaves. I contacted customer service. They said they would send me another replacement. Two weeks later, the shipping info said the label was created but no package had been dropped off to the delivery company. I checked the website and the type of tree was Out of Stock, though no one had notified me. I contacted customer service again. They said they would give me store credit. Over a week later, I had not received store credit. So I had to contact customer service again and finally got store credit. Now my second tree looks like its dying. I may have to get a replacement for that one too. I've purchased many trees from several different nurseries. I use meters to check moisture and PH levels on all trees regularly. Every tree I own is thriving except the two from FastGrowingTrees.

Easy to Order and Shipping was Great. However both fuji apple trees that I have ordered has died. $250 gone and FastGrowingTrees is not willing to help.
I ordered two blue berry bushes they came on time, healthy, with blue berries on them. I was impressed.
Purchased 5 trees in one order. All came in good shape and are doing well with exception to the granny smith which arrived damaged. Customer service was a very quick phone call and they replaced the tree very fast. Will use again next spring
I was thrilled to receive my "extra-long" box from you because I knew it contained the trees I had ordered. When the delivery was made, the box was bent L-shaoed because it was quite awkward for one person to carry with both ends containing a large plant--the chaste and the maple tree. Because of the way it was bent, the maple tree had snapped in the middle. I tried planting the burlap ball anyway thinking it might live, but it didn't. The only thing that survived out of my order was the chaste plant.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
