Always great costumer service, never a problem even wen twice a tree died ad i was credited fo it. I bought again and trees are thriving.
In a past purchase, a tree didn't thrive, sent a Pic and purchase was refunded with no hassles.
Product was right price, packed well, arrived in great condition and appear to be healthy, have already grown almost a foot in the first month!

The plants and trees I have received were healthy and disease free and really took once planted in the yard. So far I have received in the mail an orange tree, and a sweetheart blueberry bush. I was out of town and forgot to unpack the blueberry it lost all it's leaves but that sweet heart had heart because it came back and is the greenest thing in the yard! All were high quality plants, perfect green leaves, couldn't be more impressed! I went to a local plant fair and found some cool varieties but they were not nearly in as good condition as what I received from FGT.
Quick easy to use service, even had a video on what to expect! And I saw in that video the planting instructions including a cool diagram of the depth it should be planted at, looks pretty awesome! And the variety of trees is impressive as well as the number shipped, and the 60 day guarantee makes me feel very confident in the quality even though it's a first time order. Looking forwards to planting this thing soon!
The shipping time is reasonable and the sale prices are great. They carry some hard to find plants which is great. They honored their 1 year guarantee, a tree I bought died within a month of planting it. I contact FGT and I sent their team pictures, they sent a replacement for free!
I ordered a baby blue spruce in 2024. It's grown a bit in height, but hasn't thrived. It's very small but looks pretty healthy and handled the bad winter OK but, maybe I messed up something up when planting it.

I bought several trees & bushes from you couple years ago, one of the Hass Avocados & one of the Sweetheart Blueberries were puny, died fairly quickly & you did nothing about it, refused to stand by your product, or honor your guarantee, which at the time was for a full year. Some "expert" of yours emailed me back & forth a couple of times, then ghosted me. Everything else did very well, giving you one last chance to send me some healthy trees. Don't disappoint me again.
Plants are very excellent, I have no issues with the root structure or plants. My only issue is this Company chooses to use FEDEX which is very questionable! I have had serious issues with the FEDEX drivers tossing my plant boxes around. I now order from plant companies who has a UPS option to ship!
I've placed a couple of previous orders with fast growing trees. With each order the plants ordered were healthy and, now that it's spring, producing new leaves / buds. They appear to be thriving.
The only issue I experienced was that the delivery person left one box containing two trees vertically on its end on our porch (thus one tree was upside down in the box, instead of both trees being flat). Thankfully the packers did an excellent job and minimal damage resulted. Both trees are planted; I don't foresee any long-term damage.
Based on my ordering experience — the desired plants were in stock and the "sale / discount" was very good. Based on prior ordering experience, my plants arrived quickly and in excellent health. The packaging was excellent and included detailed planting and care instructions.
I ordered a has avocado tree a while back. Delivery was supposed to be this week. I just received notice that delivery would be a month late. Very disappointing because I ordered this as a gift. I also just received notice that the tree is on sale. So I reached out and asked for either a price adjustment or an upgrade to a larger tree. The only offer I was given was to cancel my order and then to order again. Not customer service friendly. Not sure I'd order again.
I love plants. We moved and have a large yard. I want plants that will attract and feed all types of birds, butterflies, and bees. You offer many plants. I can buy what is indigenous to my area.
We previously purchased 14 giant arborvitae's and they have all survived and grown for over 2 years. We used the recommended root rocket.

The way the tecoma was wrapped for shipping was so amazing that I took a picture of it and posted it on Facebook. It arrived in perfect condition (two years ago?) and is an 8 foot tall front yard showpiece that feeds all the pollinators.
I started ordering from them a couple of years ago. The quick delivery, packaging, and quality of plants is top-notch. The guarantee is an added bonus. However, all the plants I've ordered have always done well, so I've never had to use the guarantee. I am looking forward to a beautiful new yard.
Put hased two trees. The fruit cocktail tree is magnificent. The Avacado, didn't make it. Going to try a different type, more freeze resistance
