All the plants were very easy to find on the site and the ordering process was very smooth. I had a very small issue with two of the plants and contacted customer support and they rectify the issue immediately.

I ordered Ornamental grass. It was well cared for packaged perfectly and safely and I was very happy with the product.

Good quality trees. Not damaged at all in shipping. All trees are healthy and growing. Will buy from them again.

The picture of the tree had flowers on it and was full. This was stringy but had buds that turned black. I think that i can save the plant/tree but we will see

Arrived with the top leaves brown. Within a week of planting, the other leaves are turning brown and falling off.

I have twice used this company to send bereavement gifts to friends. I am a fan of planting a memorial. Not only is the delivery faster than quoted in both instances, the products have been absolutely gorgeous - exactly as pictured on the website, which is not easy with a living thing. But the customer service is why I will continue to return. When I say friendly, responsive, kind, helpful, it's only because I can't think of better words! Tina C is a gem. Will definitely return.

We ordered 2 ginkgo trees a few wks ago that were broken and in pieces. Fastgrowingtrees quickly replaced them, but unfortunately, they too, arrived broken because one of the plastic zip ties had broken in transit and the root ball of one tree slid in the box and broke the top and limbs off of the other tree. Once again, the company was good enough to ship replacements, and this time the trees were shipped separately. Both arrived in excellent condition in spite of the fedex driver standing the box upright on my front porch rather than laying it flat, as indicated. The trees are healthy and beautiful, and I am very pleased with how promptly customer service resolved the problems.

Ordered a willow oak from FastGrowingTrees.com to replace a huge oak taken out by a storm. When it came, I was hesitant about planting, but I did anyway. Every time I looked at the tree I saw the double leaders. Tree had a single trunk only about 3 feet up, then went to competitive double leader. What will happen when tree gets some age on it, the tree is prone to split. Called company back and after several conversations they sent me another tree. They told me they would be sure it was correct. Pulled up first tree getting ready for replacement. When it arrived, the same problem. Never again! I looked up local nursery who sells wholesale only to request one of their local dealers to buy a tree. The nursery told me they would sell me a tree in October when it is the beginning time of year to properly transplant. I'm getting a tree with a 6 inch circumference, 1 inch from FGT, and 4 times as high for about twice the money. With a single leader or trunk. Went to nursery and verified. I can sit in shade next summer!

I was looking for a tree to fill in a vacant spot in the garden and stopped by Fast Growing Trees. Within 2-days I had my new addition and it was perfect! Well packaged and nice planting instructions were included. I will definitely be a return customer! I highly recommend them to everyone!

This is my first time ordering it has gone smoothly. I ordered a peach tree it came to me very quickly. It was in great condition and packaged well.

FGT says they have no record of my purchase of 2 avocado trees, 2 kumquat trees, and a tangelo. I bought the avocados several years ago, and the kumquats just last year. I bought 3 more citrus trees this year, and that is all they have record of. I've never bought from anyone other than FGT. I have issues with the avocado tree I wanted to consult with them. They wouldn't talk with me. I'm going to go back through my records as I am 100% positive these I bought from them. I've never shopped with anyone else. Anyhow, it seems to me they should have given me the benefit of the doubt. I just dropped almost $200 with them on the latest order. Not impressed.

Trees came very quickly. Trees were healthy when they arrived. Very happy with the purchase.

My purchasing experience was great. One of the cherry trees is not that healthy. Will see if it survives and how the return process works if it does not.
