FGT downsized my order. Trees were healthy and shipped well, but paid for a 36" tree (1 gallon) and 8" was delivered... To resolve, I had to eat the loss and then order from a different nursery... and received the 36" tree at 1/2 the price.

Customer service was nice, but only offered 30% discount on an 8" tree that cost me $80. I just wanted the right tree.

Bought the Meyers lemon tree during summer and it came dry and very sad looking. I'm going to do everything I can to bring it back to life. The stem turned a little brown in one area but I believe it is due to the weather change. It does look like it is going away now so trying to stay optimistic

Ordered two plants, one was in perfect condition upon opening the box the other was half dead. Got them in the ground and the one that was almost dead is now completely dead

I've planted around 25 cherry trees and a few peaches, in the last 20 yrs. Ive bought twice now from Fast Growing Trees and without a doubt, their product is the best value. I've bought from local nurseries, home centers and the Arbor Foundation. None of these others had such well developed root structures or abundance of leaves. This is important because I've had whole trees stripped and killed by Japanese beetles, which I've needed to replant. When the tree starts off so healthy, it's a big advantage getting it established so you can stay ahead of beetles, deer or diseases like anthracnose, leaf spot or chancer. FGT trees are more expensive but they are healthier and grow larger in one year than the other trees grow in 3 yrs, that I've bought from the other sellers. Arbor Foundation trees were the worst. So tiny I had to mark em with flags to avoid mowing them!

Five different trees arrived wilted and unhealthy and they died despite our careful efforts to keep them alive. I like the idea of ordering trees online for a good price. But I invested a lot of time and money and the trees are doing so badly. In the future I will be buying trees at my local nursery, even though they are expensive. I bought two trees from my local nursery and they are both still alive; one of them is thriving. Sorry that I can't provide a more positive review.

I purchased 3 ice cream banana trees, they were droopy when they arrived and after 2 weeks are still not looking very healthy. Overall, I am disappointed with them.

I liked the website, pictures and descriptions that were given for the arctic red dogwood bushes that I purchased. Good place to shop. When I need something else I'll be coming here.

I've been delighted with all of my purchases from FGT. Everything has been healthy, undamaged, and a good size. All are flourishing, so I'm happy.

I thought that if I pay the extra money for a 6 foot tree it would be a stronger older tree. Instead I just got a taller tree. It wouldn't be able to stand up by itself to save its life. The tree is the size of a pencil! I've never seen a 6 fr tree so thin! And there r two. Same thing for both. I wish I got the 3 foot stronger fluffier one

The tree arrived in excellent condition. A little dry but not too bad, I put it into a bucket of water for a day.

The trees I got were just a stick. Branches broken off in the box during packaging, branches obviously broken off previously. Even the primary "stem," gone on one of them. Half of the dirt from the pot had fallen out and the roots were exposed during transport. The way they wrap plastic around pot is not working. I called and they were very quick and responsive and replaced them. The new ones came with no broken limbs but again the trees lost 1/2 of the dirt in the pot due to bad packaging. The height was as described but not much to them in branches.

Way to expensive. The tree is too thin. Doesn't worth it.

Online shopping provider much needed advice for each plant reviewed. The juniper and hydrangeas purchased arrived in 2-3 days and all looked great. So easy... my next plant(s) will come from FastGrowingTrees.com

Sold and charged Vanilla hydrangea when clearly the color is just green / white

The tree is fine and looks healthy however I could've bought a bigger one at Lowe's or Home Depot for a lesser price, I just hope it's the color that I wanted, I will have to wait until next year when it blooms it's too small right now to bloom this year
