I ordered an apple tree that was heavily heat damaged during shipping with FEDEX. I reached out to FGT and they were very helpful. They made things right by shipping me a better, taller tree that survived the FEDEX shipping. It is now growing very well in my front yard. Cheers!

Our first tree looked pretty tough out of the box. After contacting the site's chat feature and sending pictures, a new tree was sent. The second tree looks great, has been planted for over a week and is still looking good!

Came with 50% of the leaves fallen & another 25% dried. A week later, <10% of leaves still thriving. Hope it will survive the heat wave. Will not buy again from online!

First shipment FEDEX damaged the Banana Plant. They replaced the plant and shipped a lrger size than what I ordered.
The tree arrived firmly planted with lots of mulch and full of leaves. So healthy! Planted it and it looks great one month later.

Roses arrived and dirt everywhere. One survived and one is on its last let. Olive tree arrived better packaged so dirt stayed in the pot. So far it's doing ok

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
