Plants arrived looking great. Planted them and they are still looking great and growing so nice!

My tree came in very good shape so far I have had leaves fall off but I am assuming it's due to the trauma of traveling over all it looks beautiful and I can't wait for it to start to fill back in

The Trees arrived and a damaged packaging which caused the container that holds a plant to be broken luckily not much dirt was thrown around inside the packaging and it was dry I think the item got damaged from the carrier I'm not sure what it is but maybe fast growing trees can take it up with a carrier

I have been doing business with Fast Growing trees for a couple of years now and have always been thrilled with the products and delivery. This past order we only received one of the eleven items we ordered. The missing box showed as delivered on tracking, but it wasn't delivered to us. When I called in to check on the situation the customer service rep was FABULOUS. She reprocessed our order and had it on its way to us.
I already knew that we could count in excellent quality products from this company and now I know that they also take excellent care of their customers. If you're looking for a reputable company to order trees from I would highly recommend Fast Growing Trees.

Most of trees I received their roots are exposed, I don't know how long will my trees be live.

First delivery was great and instructions for planting the plants that I purchased were included as they promised. Second delivery was not so great. Products missing(did reship), packages damaged and plants did not look healthy.

Fast shipping and the trees were in great shape. I planted them within a half hour of the truck dropping them off and they seem very happy.

I especially appreciate being able to call and get advice from a professional!

Would order again but missing space for it now. Healthy plants arrived in a short time I ordered it.

Well shipped but await grading of property before planting

The first shipment was too long in transit and they both were dead, but the second shipment was just fine. Hope they live a long time.

Bought two trees on a buy one get one sale. The trees purchased were two gallon. The actual trees received were smaller than the 1 gallon tree I purchased from them earlier in the year. I feel scammed and probably only buy local from here on out. Definitely will not make any future purchases with fastgrowingtrees.

Plants are not surviving would like to replace please

We ordered two trees and a plant/bush.

When they arrived, all were dehydrated and the wrapping on the bases wasn't secure and soil/nutrients had spilled everywhere. We were able to nurture the trees to stabilize, but the plant/bush never recovered and died within a day. Even with continued attempts to recover, the plant never came back to life.

I've seen that they package the trees with care and offer great step by step instructions and follow up products for the health and continued growth of the plants. I appreciate they they seem to care about the well being of the plants and the consumers experience alike.

I ordered two trees. One of them showed up in great shape, no problems at all. I waited two weeks for the 2nd tree and I finally contacted the company and they said they were out of stock. Come to find out they were in stock when I bought purchased it, but there was something wrong with the trees. I was aggravated that there was no transparency from the company. They didn't attempt to contact me and let me know. They said the tree I ordered would be available next June. The gal I was chatting with was not apologetic and I found the whole encounter disappointing. I understood and was okay with the reason I did not receive my tree. I was aggravated because they did not reach out to tell me it would not be coming until June. Also that the attitude of the customer service gal was lackluster.

The trees arrived in careful packaging, they are very healthy!
I will buy from this company many times.
