Most of trees I received their roots are exposed, I don't know how long will my trees be live.
First delivery was great and instructions for planting the plants that I purchased were included as they promised. Second delivery was not so great. Products missing(did reship), packages damaged and plants did not look healthy.

Bought two trees on a buy one get one sale. The trees purchased were two gallon. The actual trees received were smaller than the 1 gallon tree I purchased from them earlier in the year. I feel scammed and probably only buy local from here on out. Definitely will not make any future purchases with fastgrowingtrees.

We ordered two trees and a plant/bush.
When they arrived, all were dehydrated and the wrapping on the bases wasn't secure and soil/nutrients had spilled everywhere. We were able to nurture the trees to stabilize, but the plant/bush never recovered and died within a day. Even with continued attempts to recover, the plant never came back to life.

I've seen that they package the trees with care and offer great step by step instructions and follow up products for the health and continued growth of the plants. I appreciate they they seem to care about the well being of the plants and the consumers experience alike.
I ordered two trees. One of them showed up in great shape, no problems at all. I waited two weeks for the 2nd tree and I finally contacted the company and they said they were out of stock. Come to find out they were in stock when I bought purchased it, but there was something wrong with the trees. I was aggravated that there was no transparency from the company. They didn't attempt to contact me and let me know. They said the tree I ordered would be available next June. The gal I was chatting with was not apologetic and I found the whole encounter disappointing. I understood and was okay with the reason I did not receive my tree. I was aggravated because they did not reach out to tell me it would not be coming until June. Also that the attitude of the customer service gal was lackluster.

I will use this company again! The site was easy to navigate and my order was fulfilled as promised. I find the prices very reasonable as the plants came in very good condition and at a good size.
I purchased two trees. An apricot tree and an everbearing mulberry. Both trees were in extremely poor condition upon arrival. I called Fast Growing Trees and told them that the trees were in really bad shape. They told me to wait two weeks to see if they bounce back. It has been 10 days and the mulberry seems to be improving, but the apricot is in even worse shape. I planted them according to the instructions and have watered them daily. The prices are way too high to get such a poor product.

Order arrived within a week. Trees were well packaged and boxes were not damaged. One tree looked to have been overwatered or already experiencing transplant shock in transport, and it's dropped quite a few leaves, but has stabilized and has some healthy leaves and new growth.
Delivery was super quick. However, the delivery service left the box upside down (arrow shwing which way was up was pointing down!).
Also, it looks like 2 of the ten trees, which are dwarf size, aren't showing any progress. I sent a message about that but haven't heard anything back.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
