Based on reviews, I was hoping for a better experience, but upon arrival I was missing a thuja tree (they did promptly ship another one!) but a couple had severe root loss (barely any dirt on the bulbs). I planted and watered every other day, hoping to perk them up. 3 of them dried up very quickly and got brittle. I contacted customer support and they said I was OVER watering them. I told them the leaves were crunchy and I watered them according to directions given to me. The offered to send 3 more at the cost of $150 shipping. I wasn't very happy as I had spent a ton of money already but I agreed. I received the 3 new trees (much larger - a plus - about 5 days later) Following the advice, I didn't water as much and my other trees have not fared well but they assured me it was transplant shock and it was normal. I even sent pictures of the very brown/yellow trees. It didn't seem right so I purchased a water meter to check for moisture. ALL of my trees and plants were dry. I have been watering every day, a TON of water to get it to normal levels, no wondered they weren't surviving, with root loss and severely dried out. I have 2 that probably won't make it and 2 others that I may be able to save. I'm just disappointed with the advice given and sad that I will probably lose a couple more. It wasn't cheap and I really wanted a privacy fence using this as an alternate option. The company has their pluses but I've also lost money due to the guidance and "help" from customer service.
Everyone has been so friendly and knowledgeable - top notch customer service and I have experienced very little of that in this "post pandemic" world.
My purchase was satisfactory as I expected. Unfortunately, I had to contact customer service, which was far above expectations. I recommend purchasing from Fast Growing Trees not only because its prices are competitive, but especially because its post-purchase service is decidedly above the competition.

A wonderful experience from getting information directly from a nursery attendant, the perfect packing and fast service and delivery! This is the first tree I have EVER ordered by mail. Assuming the specimen would be small or I'll branched! How wrong I was! I will be ordering all my trees, and shrubs from FGT!
Tree was packaged well but the trunk was crooked, like it was not receiving full spectrum light when younger.
I have ordered many trees and plants over the past decade from FGT.com. The service is fast, dependable and the trees are safely packed, with planting instructions. I always purchase the warranty but have never had to use it until recently. I called in and sent a photo of the dead little tree and they promptly sent me a replacement. The new little tree is doing wonderful - as are all of the other trees I have purchased through he years. Thank you Fast Growing Trees. I really appreciate the service and convince of shopping with you.
The trees would have been in better shape had the shipper followed instructions, so they didn't arrive upside down and bent and spilled out of their container
I ordered a 6-7' tall white oak to plant in my backyard this fall in honor of a precious squirrel I loved so much. He is buried underneath. The tree arrived in perfect condition and is so far doing great. Hoping it grows up to be a majestic oak for future squirrels to enjoy.

Bought a tree, but basicly got a long narrow stick. Alot thinner tree then I pictured. Guess that's a good reason not to shop sight unseen for plants.
I'm very excited to receive my very first order from FGT. Product selection, availability and delivery were top notch. I'm a little nervous about caring for the plants I selected because they are stretching my comfort zone and green thumb. They didn't come with much instruction and the plant care page is too generic, however as long as my plants arrive healthy and safe (they did) then I'm ok with having to do my own research. Learning by trial and error with an expensive plant is a risk I had to be willing to take. I'm very excited about my order! The peppercorn is thriving, my tea plant is doing "ok" but my vanilla bean orchid looks like a cutting they stuck in a larger pot just to upcharge me for the Gallon price :( I should have just ordered the smaller size, but when I got my plant I just downsized my pot, found a great growing spot for it and after a month it's showing signs of new growth.
Communication of the whereabouts of my order was never in question. The products were as described. I know I will be very happy when my plants reach maturity.
Good experience, selection and service. I do think your pricing is bit high for a 6 ft. Sycamore.
1) One plant was broken when delivered. The packaging was bent. Not sure if it will survive.
2) The second plant died after about three days. Don't know why.
3) Contacted FastGrowingTrees on the contact us option, but it has gone a couple of weeks now, and I have not got a reply.
4) Called the number listed on the WEB site, and that is not a valid phone number.

Lovely plant, nice and full. The plant came in a timely manner and was in good shape.
Called customer support for information about trees and shrubs and they were very helpful and guiding. This helped me narrow down to the trees I wanted to buy. Couple of my trees from last year died and I got a gift card for the same amount.
My avocado tree arrived with only one leaf. I planted it as directed and now it is dead.
Ordered 3 trees, after 2 weeks rwo died, they worked with me and replaced both at no cost. Definitely my go to tree source.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
