This company is top notch! When I realized several days after placing my order that I didn't apply my discount coupon, they immediately applied the discount! No fuss, no muss! When one of my trees met an untimely demise (very quickly after I got it). They agreed to replace it. Since it wasn't a good time in the season to plant it at the time, I asked if we could wait until the next fall for delivery. They agreed! I was thinking I needed to reach out to them about a month ago to ask them to send it. However, before I could do that, the tree was on it's way (and it's doing great:-). Admittedly, they are kind of expensive, but the way they treat customers, makes it worth it (and, of course, my many other trees/plants that I got from them are doing great)! Thank you for providing excellent customer service!

We ordered trees to be delivered to our lake house for fall planting. They arrived exactly when they were supposed to and were packaged perfectly to protect them in shipping. The trees were healthy looking and our son planted them when he came to visit. We are looking forward to next spring to see them grow and flourish.

I was able to find the type of cherry trees that will grow into area of the country. The FastGrowingTrees website was very helpful and informative with tree selection and planting instructions. The trees arrived within a couple days of ordering. They were very well packaged!

I ordered a 3-5 ft Weeping Willow tree and about a week later, the remnants of Hurricane Eian came through and " snapped " it in half. I called Fast Trees and told them what happened and that I needed to order another one. After a discussion with the manager, they honored the warranty and replaced it with a 5-7 ft tree because the 3-5 ones were sold out! I wasn't expecting that and was pleasantly surprised, but, very thankful for how they handled everything. I will only deal with these guys for all my plant/tree future needs! Thank you very much!

When my trees were first delivered the gala look in poor shape from shipping stress. Two weeks later both trees look good. After contacting fast growing trees they let me know they would replace it if need be. Great people to work with. I thank them.

I had ordered two trees which had spent too long in shipping and were doing very poorly…unfortunately, despite careful attention to water and sun protection, after a few weeks they both died. I contacted customer service with photos of the trees taken upon arrival and then two weeks later…. And they very quickly replaced them free of charge and with free shipping. I was both relieved and happy with their response. The replacement trees were exceptionally beautiful and healthy upon arrival.

I was very grateful for all the kindness extended, and the promptness of the remedy. The new trees, an avocado and a fig, are thriving.

Everything went well and I am hoping for the best. However, the plant on arrival had a broken top. I planted it and assume it will grow just like the top was pruned. It looks good and green so far and I am looking forward to using the healthy elderberries in the near future.

I paid $161 for a "nevergreen" tree which arrived with NO leaves. I called to see about a return or credit I was told I could return it. I had to pay the postage of $141 plus 25% restocking fee. I would never buy again or recommend this company to anyone.
