My tree arrived in perfect condition, was exactly as ordered and the delivery was prompt!

I have never ordered a tree off the internet. It came as stated on website. It was well packaged and in great shape. It arrived in the time stated. I will order again in the future!

The quality of the plants was very poor. Customer service was horrible. It has been a complete waste of time and money.

Have to admit, ordering trees from across the county had my wife and I really concerned. The type of trees we wanted (Full Speed A Hedge - American Pillar Arborvitae) were not available at any local nurseries and none would order it. So we ended up spending almost $1K on our project and chewed on our fingernails until they arrived.

The order was filled in a couple of days and FedEx put the boxes on our doorstep on time. We were very apprehensive while we opened the first box but were more than relieved to find that they were not only what we ordered, that they were healthy and in good shape. The same was true for all of the rest of our order.

Our landscaper planted them for us a couple of weeks ago and now we're just keeping them watered and hoping for some fast growth to create our natural privacy fence.

The Mutsu tree came broken. Both branches snapped at the top. I took a picture and sent it to the person I talked to one the phone. No response.

This was my 2nd time ordering from this site. The first time the trees came nicely. This time, all the tree leaves were brown from midpoint and below (for my evergreens) and the Holly shrubs the branches were broken everywhere. I also ordered root growing soils and I guess 7 bags opened during shipping so when I opened the box, I had 7 bags or soil on the floor.

Ordered 2 trees - one outdoor, the other indoor. Both are doing well. They arrived quickly and in good shape - packed nicely. Couldn't ask for much more.

This company is top notch! When I realized several days after placing my order that I didn't apply my discount coupon, they immediately applied the discount! No fuss, no muss! When one of my trees met an untimely demise (very quickly after I got it). They agreed to replace it. Since it wasn't a good time in the season to plant it at the time, I asked if we could wait until the next fall for delivery. They agreed! I was thinking I needed to reach out to them about a month ago to ask them to send it. However, before I could do that, the tree was on it's way (and it's doing great:-). Admittedly, they are kind of expensive, but the way they treat customers, makes it worth it (and, of course, my many other trees/plants that I got from them are doing great)! Thank you for providing excellent customer service!

We ordered trees to be delivered to our lake house for fall planting. They arrived exactly when they were supposed to and were packaged perfectly to protect them in shipping. The trees were healthy looking and our son planted them when he came to visit. We are looking forward to next spring to see them grow and flourish.

I was able to find the type of cherry trees that will grow into area of the country. The FastGrowingTrees website was very helpful and informative with tree selection and planting instructions. The trees arrived within a couple days of ordering. They were very well packaged!
