The trees arrived packed in boxes. They were delivered standing up so that one of the two in each box was pointing downward. All the dirt had fallen out.
The trees however looked nice. Perhaps they could increase the size of the "this side up" artows?
Fast Growing Trees did a good job processing the order, packaging the product for efficient shipping. The tree was not very "filled out" kind of like a 5' stalk. Fed-ex delivered it to the wrong address but luckily my neighbor brought it over to me. Put it in the ground right away, it lost its leaves, we'll see how it works out, bought the 1 year extended warranty to protect my $150 + investment.
I received it earlier and taller than expected it, and a very good condition. Very good buying experience with FastGrowingTrees.
I ordered a North Star cherry tree and an E. H. Wilson Mimosa tree. They both arrived much smaller than anticipated and both trees were in terrible shape. Almost all of the leaves had been knocked off of the Mimosa and the central leader was broken. The cherry tree was infested with bugs and all of the leaves had holes throughout. When I complained, they told me I was to get a full refund but ten days later, I still haven't received a refund. I've spoken to their customer service department and they gave me kind of a lame excuse and said they'll issue another refund and I should see it in 2-5 days. I'll believe it when I see it. Please stay away from this company. You can get much better trees at your local nursery.
We were looking for a Lacebark Elm and found one (available!) at Fast Growing Trees. The tree was a good size and well protected by the shipping container. We planted it in a grass strip between the street and sidewalk in full sun.
I ordered several trees and it took months for them to send me my choice when I purchased, however when it arrived it was not only late but it had some kind of fungus. I hope they get more organized and diligent with their customers.
I ordered a three apple tree and not a single variety was from the ones I like. I like the certainty to know what I am ordering, this time I rolled the dice and that's what I got. The tree quality was good and the shipping was excellent, but it was just disappointing to know not a single of my favorite varieties was part of the tree.
We have ordered two trees one came in looking pretty good the other one not so good not sure if it's going to survive follow the instructions of when the water and so forth but we're not sure yet we'll have to give it some more time

I have ordered many roses from Fast Growing Trees and recently I ordered 3 more Double Knockout roses and I contacted customer service and told them that the roses didn't look fresh like normal, they asked me how they could make it right, I said credit me for the shipping charges and sure enough, they did! I thought that was more than fair! Than you FGT!

Received a 4-foot tree first week of November and will have to wait for spring. Tree looks healthy, time will tell

I couldn't believe how fast I received the tree and it was in great shape
Customer service was excellent and very helpful and I received my order within a few days. The Green Giant evergreen arrived carefully packed and the tree was healthy. So far all looks good after I planted it a few weeks ago. I'm hoping it will shoot up and create a privacy buffer real soon.
Got a avocado and Lemon tree. Both showed up very nicely packed and healthy.
