I ordered 5 plants. Two came in and the three Leland cypress looked like they would be shipped separately. After a few weeks of hearing nothing, I called. That's when I was told they were out of stock on the three trees and didn't see any coming in until probably the spring. They did have the larger size but that would be additional.

My aggravation is three simple areas.
1. They had the trees in stock when the website allowed me to order them.
2. Communication. If I had not called, when would they have called me? Would they have called me or reached out? Site said ships in 1-2 days.
3. When we realized the trees would not be available until the spring their only real offering was to buy the larger size at an additional $200. I could not swing the additional but probably could have come up with an additional $100 however there was no effort to honor the order I had placed almost a month earlier. A little customer service goes a long way.

I will say the operator I talked to was friendly and quick to cancel/refund.

Fast process, No ordering problems, Packaging was outstanding

I got 2 trees & put them out within 4 days. One tree appeared to take root & started sprouting leaves. The other tree seemed to loose all leaves that came on it & seemed to stop growing immediately. I'm talking with the support people they pointed to possible stress. They sent out replacement trees which appeared to be very healthy. I replaced the trees with the new ones & they seem to be doing great. Support was exceptional, in my opinion. Thanks "Fast Growing Trees."

Ordered three citrus trees to add to the many we already have growing from over the years. Ordering was very simple and shipping was very fast for us. Actually because we live in SC and are not very far away from the nursery. Ordered on Oct. 15,2022. Trees were packaged very well and looked great. After getting them unpackaged after a few days they looked like they had never been packaged. Nov. 5 Less than a month they have grown a little already. We will keep these in our green house until spring and either pot them or set them out. We would recommend FastGrowingTrees to everyone. We will be ordering again soon.

I have used Fast Growing Trees many times; and have never been disappointed. The quality of their plants and the care they use when shipping is amazing. My recent purchase was for sending a living and beautiful lasting perrenial in memory of a loved one that had passed away. I will never use a florist again. My only concern; the "note" that we sent was not easily visible. A seperate note should be attached to the plant itself so the recipent knows who sent it.
