A shipping delay that wasn't due to Fast Growing trees caused the death of a tree, however this company stood behind their word and honored their customer. A new tree was shipped at a set date 8 months out. The tree came, was easy to plant and is thriving. Quality tree and great customer service. Excited for the apricots to begin growing in a year or two. I'd use them again without reservation!
I ordered 3 trees in the early spring while they were dormant, but unfortunately they never showed any signs of growth after a few months. After contacting the company, they quickly sent 3 replacement trees, even delaying the shipment until I arrived back from vacation. All three trees showed new growth within 1 week of planting!

I have bought many plants (dozens) from FastGrowingTrees in the last year. Three small fig trees didn't live, but they were replaced immediately, and I was so pleased.
We ordered a tulip poplar tree which came within a week, package safely. Planting instructions were easy and now we have a thriving sapling in our backyard! Would recommend these people.

This is the second tree I purchased of the same kind the pansy redbud so far even with this extreme heat, he's he seems to be catching on the leaves are still moist and vibrant
My plant came damaged I called and was told as long as the main stalk is good it will thrive. Only a few branches showing new growth over half the plant is not growing.
Let me start off by saying this is my second purchase and this is not typical of Fast Growing Trees. I didn't have time to call after they arrived because I was working on a deadline and after work I was at church for the past 2 weeks working on Vacation Bible School. Now I feel like it's too late to say anything, but the plants and trees have a 1 year guarantee.
The shipping box explicitly stated what side was supposed to be up, but the shipper didn't care. The box arrived upside down and damaged. The plants and trees lost a lot of leaves and were shriveled a bit because of the damaged box and handling I assume. I'm hoping they survive. So far my maple tree has shriveled leaves here and there, and it only had a few leaves to begin with.
They do stand behind their products though and the price was very reasonable. I've been searching for a particular Japanese Red Maple and they had the best price by far. They have a great selection too!

Last year my tree died. They were quick to give credit.
Tree was in great shape when I opened the box. Planting was easy as well with easy instructions.
Had one of 3 trees that did not fair well to the travel. Contacted customer service via phone was directed to email for such issues. Gave a description of what was going on; received an email back within a couple days asking specific questions which were answered directly. A follow up email sent stating a replacement tree will be shipped out.
Received new tree within 7 days and it's doing great.

The first shipment of cherry trees. One tree beautiful but however the second tree looked stressed.
The two apple trees that I had ordered did not come and when I called they told me they were damaged in shipping so they we going to ship out a replacement. After 1 week only one of the two tress came it was until I called again that the mistake was identified and another tree was shipped.
I do have to say the promptness of my concerns were handled very well, but having to call was bothersome to me and shouldn't have happened. Fast Growing trees should have reached out to me via email.
This company was incredible to deal with. Great prices, great customer service, trees arrived healthy and ready to be planted. Fully recommend.

Your website is very nice and easy to use. The processing and delivery were on time. However when I received my lavender tree it was pretty smashed on one side. The box was filled with the dirt that should have remained in the pot. I immediately transplanted it but it turned brown and dried up in 5 days.
I bought one Oklahoma redbud and a Tonto crape myrtle. Both the plants are very thin and unhealthy. I am feeling cheated. It will take me years to make them healthy and grow any flowers in them. I will not recommend anyone to buy plants from this site.
You had a special on blueberry plants with buy one get on free. I ordered 3 plants expecting 3 free ones. I received 3 plants and no free ones.
I called customer service and the gentleman that I spoke to told me I was supposed to order 6 and you would discount 3 of them. He said he would take care of the problem and I was satisfied with the resolution. However, yesterday I received 1 blueberry plant and not the expected 3 free ones.
Also, one of the original plants looked real bad when I opened the shipping box. That plant died within days so now I'm left with the original 3 plants.
I have purchased quite a few trees and plants from you but I'm doubtful I'll buy any more. I don't like the hassle I've had so far so count me as a previous customer
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
