One tree never arrived. Is it coming? I am still waiting for it.
About two weeks after my order I received an email saying my order of a lemon tree was delayed until possibly mid September. That is 3 months after the order. They should have communicated straight away or not even allowed the order to process if they didn't have the tree available. Very poor customer service/communication
I was very pleased with how quickly my concerns with my fruit trees and knockout roses were addressed either via phone call or using the contact link on my order page. I highly recommend this company. They stand by their sending you an excellent product in excellent condition.
Spent too much time in transit. It's been in the triple digits in idaho. Spending 6 days in a hot truck was just too much for two butterfly bushes and they didn't make it. I got store credit for them though.

I ordered fruit trees and they arrived damaged. The box was dented so both young trees were broken. They sent replacements right away. I was so pleased and this time they arrived undamaged! Since I had such a great experience I ordered gardenia bushes as well.
If you expect to receive a braided money tree like the photo you will not. Mine was simply a twist at the base. I bought the largest size ant paid over $120. Found something similar at Home Depot for 38$. It was shipped during a heat wave so many leaves were brown or yellow but the plant is still alive and recovering.
I called customer service and spoke with Ash. I'm usually not one to complain or return items. Explained my disappointment in the discrepancy between the photo and actual product, expecting him to say something like "I'm sorry you feel that way, I'll make mgt aware.". Instead he kept repeating that my tree was not mature and that young trees are not braided (which is incorrect). He eventually was using my first name as if he was talking to a dense child. Realizing that it was going nowhere I just ended the chat. Anyhow, I did not plan on writing this review but got the company email asking for one - here ya go. It's a one and done for me.

I ordered a gala apple tree in March. I did not survive so I sent in a picture of the dead tree to FGT and they sent me another one free of charge. This one is thriving and is doing well. Thank you to the wonderful customer service.
This is the second ice cream banana tree I got from you that died. I think the one I just got was dead in the box. The other flowering tree lost all it's leaves. I won't buy from you again.
I ordered two roses. I am familiar with the species. They arrived, healthy, but no blossoms or buds. I planted both in separate locations and neither has formed new growth.

I would love to purchase 6 fruit trees but cost + shipping is too prohibitive. I live in Massachusetts and I am retired so I have the time to plant trees that will produce for my grandchildren. There should be a deep discount for seniors and free shipping. At 73 years old, it is not likely to see these trees productive.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
