I ordered 9 trees and lost 3. The ones that survived are flourishing. The shopping packing was amazing and most of the plants were healthy looking when they arrived. Not sure why three died when all were planted in same area and treated the same. I look forward to the guarantee for replacement. I love this company.

Ordered two trees, one was dead on arrival the other is still fighting. I was offered a replacement for the doa tree said yes and received the wrong tree (2) intact. Called again was asked if I wanted a replacement said yes again, received the tree with red dots all over the leaves. Didn't call again as I could only imagine what would show up. But...I've got three trees I didn't want so life is good. Get your collective acts together.

I bought two Pomegranate trees. One is growing heathy and good. The other didn't do well and dried out. I simply called and the staff was very helpful to replace another Pomegranate tree. I feel what a relief and appreciated for no extra cost.

I had such a great experience with the customer service team. I had a tree and raspberry plant that died and they were so quick to help fix the problem. They sent me a new tree and a new plant. All I had to do was show them a picture of the plants and they took care of me. It was painless and so gratifying to know that customer service still works like that.

The FedEx delivery person ignored the instructions on the box, damaging one of the plants. Fast Growing Trees replaced the plant quickly with no hassle. Great customer service! I've got more plants to buy in the future and I will buying them from FGT.
Very nice and helpful- one of my trees was almost dead on arrival - it was replaced - I sent a picture. The associate said we will send another and apologized saying they were having trouble with the weather being so hot. I received a new tree - one week later.

She you will recibir the tree by Monday, so I waited again but the tree never came, so I called and asked for my money back and she gave me a little hard time about getting my money back, so I told I was done with trees for this year and that I wanted my money back, so she finally processed the refund for me. This whole thing was NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR ME. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I ALWAYS HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE IN THE PAST.

Tree showed up in terrible shape. Had to cut the a dead leaf immediately. Waited a few weeks and the other leaves had died so I cut it to the ground. It seems to be growing another pup but that pup isn't doing well either.
Ordering and receiving of our plum tree went extremely well. We were quick to get in the ground will a lot of care and have kept it watered daily. The leaf edges were a little brown when it arrived but we figure that was from the stress of shipping. The tree seems exactly as it was when it arrived. No new growth. Is this expected? When should we worry?

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
