Tree arrived in bad shape and no replacement was offered. Told me to cut off a peace of bark and wait untill next spring if the tree will be alive

I have been constantly trying to get a refund/ replacement to no avail

1. All trees came in with broken/damaged tops
2. After 2-3 weeks the leaves on three out of 4 trees are turning yellow, though I water them twice every day.

We received our blueberry bush in good condition and transferred it to a pot where it has really thrived! Can't wait for the blueberries next year!

... with the haphazard packing of my bushes. My bottlebrush had lost all of its dirt and several of its branches were bent backwards, or broken. It is still struggling to recover, as I have to remove more dead material every day.

Waiting for hibiscus to rehydrate leaves after planting…may have small lower leaves appearing now after several days…

The package was supposed to be lying down it was delivered upright box and the plants were damaged with out soil in the pots

I have purchased many trees and plants from FGT. They stand behind what they sell! I will enjoy watching them flourish as time goes by.

Package great, shipped and received with no problems, and currently watering consistently until planted in the ground.

I have ordered probably 15 to 18 plants and everyone has grown at least a foot since planting them. On one transaction two plants were missing due to the delivery service, I contacted FGT and they made the order right. If a tree dies they will replace it. Their customer service is outstanding. I will continue ordering more trees in the future.

I purchased eight Leland Cypress bushes at 6 feet tall and planted them all the same on the same day. Seven of them are thriving and one looks like it's about halfway dead. I called in and took pictures and sent them along, and although I purchased and planted these bushes in November Last year, which is roughly 10 months ago, they are sending me a replacement 6 foot Leland Cypress Bush for the cost of only shipping and taxes. I am so thankful for the no hassle replacement!

I have dealt with a few different tree companies and fastgrowingtrees is the best and easiest to deal with. Their shipping is surprisingly fast and the trees are well protected. The trees are high quality and prices are very reasonable and competitive. I would highly recommend them to others looking for affordable trees.
