I bought a rose bush for my sister. The bush was delivered and was a little small and appeared sickly. I brought this to the attention of the company and within two days, she received a nice sized replacement. I don't fault the company for what may have happened, but the excellence in which they responded speaks volumes about their customer care.

I had a broken tree, I contacted customer service and they didn't hesitate to send me a new tree. They only asked that I take a photo of the damage and send it to them. Very good and polite people.

All my orders have arrived in good shape and a couple have been replaced as plants didn't survive this Texas heat!

I couldn't ask for more. One of the plants I ordered didn't make it due to a shipping delay, so I called and they replaced it within a few days.

Tree arrived in bad shape and no replacement was offered. Told me to cut off a peace of bark and wait untill next spring if the tree will be alive

I have been constantly trying to get a refund/ replacement to no avail

Everything was as advertised and showed up on schedule. You have moved to No. 1 provider!

1. All trees came in with broken/damaged tops
2. After 2-3 weeks the leaves on three out of 4 trees are turning yellow, though I water them twice every day.

We received our blueberry bush in good condition and transferred it to a pot where it has really thrived! Can't wait for the blueberries next year!

... with the haphazard packing of my bushes. My bottlebrush had lost all of its dirt and several of its branches were bent backwards, or broken. It is still struggling to recover, as I have to remove more dead material every day.

Waiting for hibiscus to rehydrate leaves after planting…may have small lower leaves appearing now after several days…

The package was supposed to be lying down it was delivered upright box and the plants were damaged with out soil in the pots
