Had tree delivered. It was in a container was very wet, all of the leaves were brown, it's been 2 weeks. That is what support said to wait. Leaves have All fallen off. Branches have brown tips. Not happy
I am an avid Garner in Zone 9B in the Sierras in Northern CA and have been buying trees from FGT since 2011. Most of the trees have lived and thrived. I have red twig dogwoods, empress trees, crape myrtles, rocket roses, Tuya green giant, Jacarandá, pomegranates, chocolate mimosa, Ana kiwi, and many more most of which are thriving. I am very happy with FGT.
Ordering was fine, but plants looked very anemic and were VERY small and fragile. Barely able to lift from box. The photos did not match what was sent.
My tree died after A week of receiving it I tried to get in touch with your customer service for almost a week. Finally, when they did call me back they told me that I had to take a picture of the dead tree which unfortunately had already thrown away. I live in an apartment building and I didn't want a dead tree in my apartment, so now I bought a tree that I didn't even get because it was dead very bad business especially when you say that they're guaranteed

I had a broken tree, I contacted customer service and they didn't hesitate to send me a new tree. They only asked that I take a photo of the damage and send it to them. Very good and polite people.
All my orders have arrived in good shape and a couple have been replaced as plants didn't survive this Texas heat!

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
