The experience from start to finish was flawless. The tree arrived in good condition, not so much the box it came in, but the tree was fine. It got planted right away. Hopefully, everything will be great come next spring. Everything looks good so far.

I had a tree delivered, but it seemed to be in distress; leaves droppingturning brown, holes in leaves. I kept it about a week, watering and caring for it. Also, before ordering my new tree, I had read the tree could have full sun exposure most of the day, then learned, after I received my tree, the tree was not suppose to be in full afternoon sun exposure too many hours, which didn't fit into the location it was to be designated. Customer Service promptly gave me a store credit for the struggling tree & I ordered another tree for the area. I received a very healthy new tree & so excited to plant it this fall! Every tree & plant comes very well packed with instructions and help is just a call away! Most Garden Centers are understaffed, undertrained and take limited responsibility. I would highly recommend FastGrowingTrees to my friend's & family! Thank you for standing behind your products and for your kind assistance & help!

Ordered different varieties of fruit trees which are doing very well! One plant didn't survive and I was able to get store credit for that plant.

Easy ordering, quality product, packed properly, fast delivery

I waited all day on Saturday for my order when the shipping status became out-for-delivery. My order never showed up. The shipping status turned to "shipment exception" by Monday. I tried to contact FedEx according to the instructions given by FastGrowingTrees.com for a couple of days but was no solutions. I contacted FastGrowingTrees.com via email linked from its website but did not get any responses for two days so I phoned them on Friday. The customer service person was helpful and arranged to ship new ones on Monday. I did not hear anything on Monday but on Tuesday I received a shipping confirmation. I received my order on Thursday. I posted a note on the front door to FedEx to ring the doorbell but they didn't, but my good neighbor notified me that I have a large boxes on the front approach. I opened the boxes right away. They looked tired and thirsty so I moved them under the shade and watered. By the next morning they all looked fine. Some damages, brown leaves and broken branches.

Several months ago order six 1-2 foot trees. After getting them prepared the bed and planted and
Watered etc. after a month or so four of them died. Contacted your company, sent pics. They immediately replaced the four that died. Received them, prepared and planted them. So far so good! Very reputable! Will use them again!

I wanted flowering cherry trees which were available, but couldn't be shipped to Washington state. (There were some other states too.). I did order some other items which were a good price on sale and were shipped promptly. They were shipped during a nationwide heatwave and looked unhealthy when I opened them. It has been 2 weeks and they look much better now.

The wisteria plant came in good shape, large and packed with care.

We batch ordered trees and plants for springtime, living in the north, it sometimes isn't optimal for planting and several trees did not make it. The support crew replaced them with very few questions. Very grateful.

I have bought many trees/bushes from Fast Growing Trees and have always had the best experience with them. My trees always show up fast and very much alive and well. The few times I have had to use my warranty they have never given me any issues and have just been an all around pleasure to work with. I've purchased plants and fruit trees from fast growing trees on several occasions both in California and now in Florida.
I've had good luck with the plants and even though two were damaged in shipping FGT sent me replacements immediately and without issue.

I received my 3 grapevines very quickly. I would have given 5 stars but for 1 thing. When I received them all the leaves had brown spots all over them. I cut the affected leaves and planted them, according to instructions. They are growing very well. Their customer service is super nice and helpful! Answering all my questions.

Friendly and helpful customer service. Willing to do whatever is necessary to resolve any problems. I had a tree that came damaged. I called, they asked for some photos, and said they would replace it. A few days later I called because I hadn't seen an email about replacement or shipment of replacement tree. The person I had talked to before had not submitted the replacement order. So, someone dropped the ball there but, the customer service rep. Immediately submitted the order and emailed me the confirmation of it. I got the tree within a week and it looks very good. I have ordered several other items from FastGrowingTrees and the products look very good. On the odd one that is a problem they are very good to make it right.

I've ordered several trees in the past year, two of them didn't make the first year and were replaced right away. I'm very satisfied with their service.
