The tree I ordered was shipped well, arrived healthy and exactly on time. Its size was exactly as advertised.

Plants appeared to be too heavy for the shipping carton. Two pots were compressed, one end of the box was open with the bottom of one pot exposed. Carton had a crease in the center.
Reported this to customer service with pictures, so far no response.

Was excited waiting,when I get itl, plant it next day, I cannot wait see growing.

Great on line experience. I've ordered trees a number of times. They always arrive in great shape and ready to plant. We've not lost any trees along the way. Customer support is great too.

I was pleased how fast and well protected my tree was upon arrival.

Came in the mail quickly; all 20 trees I ordered were green and healthy-looking. They looked like the ones I would have picked out if I were shopping in person at the nursery.

Shipping was slow, tracking didn't work.

Most grafts on the fruit coctail tree arrived dead - it looks like the trunk may still be alive so I will see what happens in the spring.

Another tree died several weeks after planting. Of course it lasted more than 30 days. All instructions were followed; I'm experienced at landscaping. Disappointing.

I will give more than one star because of two products. The lemon/lime bush arrived in great condition. Potted in planter immediately and it is thriving. Same for a 7-gallon berry bush that came "ready to plant". Both of these are beautiful and living up to expecations; I'm sure they will have fruit next year.

The experience just was not good overall. Hundreds of dollars spent on mostly dead/dying plants that slightly outlasted their guarantee. I hope the lemons are really good next year.

Honestly would not recommend. It's hit and miss, the other reviews are correct. If you're patient, tolerant, and have an exceptionally green thumb, I guess go for it. They have a pretty cool selection.

First tree was damaged by shipper and second ( replacement) was teeming with fire ants.

Glad there is a way to source native trees that most nurseries don't have. Tree arrived, healthy and in great condition.

I ordered a spruce and a juniper. Beautiful looking specimens. Quick delivery.

Shopping with FGT was easy, very user friendly. Brief descriptions of the trees themselves, compatibility with growing zones, if pollinator was needed, description of fruits, immediate and long term care was all explained with ease. The website itself, was very user friendly. I am a repeat customer, and love my FGTs

Original tree arrived broken, and withered. They replaced it right away, and got a new one in the mail immediately. No hassle. So appreciated. The second tree was in perfect condition, as they usually are, and is doing well.

I have had bad luck getting your trees to grow unlike Stark trees.

I got a few trees that had to be replaced, you can see that on my account. I'm trying to grow in an area maybe not suited to those kinds of trees, but they are doing great.

My delivery had a serious issue but FGT responded quickly and remedy the situation with fantastic customer service. I highly recommend.

The price of the cherry tree was affordable.
However, I have only had the tree for a few weeks and the leaves are spotty and turning brown.

Ordered Avacodo tree. Came quickly and in perfect condition. The phone agent (Angie) was fantastic, very helpful in determining specific tree best for me.

What I DONT LIKE is the overwhelming amount of ads from fast growing. Considering blocking because it of this.

Easy online ordering and fast delivery. I ordered two 6-7' apple trees 1 Pink Lady & 1 Granny Smith. In my opinion the trees look really nice but not as big and full as I expected them to be.
