Easy purchase experience. Received a very healthy plant in excellent condition.

I got a weeping willow when it got here it had a broken limb, so I notified them and they sent me right out another one which is great, got it planted and it looks good.

Checked the trees available for my zone, ordered it, a couple days later it was here. Popped it in the prepared hole with the recommended soil mix. Couple days later there was new growth. I saw some leaf issues I was unfamiliar with so I sent a fwew pics to customer service, they promptly replied it was a normal transition. As of today I saw even more new growth! Very happy!

I had written to FGT to inquire and state our opinion of their underhanded and unprofessional sales tactics, specifically offering a tree (hybrid poplar) for sale at $48.95 and then disclosing free shipping if you spend $49.00 (literally 5 pennies more!). We anticipated at least a template response, it instead no response at all, except for further emails promoting the same tree at the same price! We were ready to purchase this item, instead will by locally as the $19.00 shipping fee absorbs any financial advantage to ordering from this deceptive company.

We are pleased (very) with our experience thus far. Customer service was responsive, our two patio peach trees arrived in GREAT shape, and we are off on our first adventure of being amateur peach growers on our back deck. We were a bit concerned at first because every tree on this site seems to have a five-star rating (how is THAT possible?), and almost threw in the towel not wanting to spend $$ on a jacked-up rated website. Our landscaper encouraged us to give FGT a try for the enjoyment it would bring for the $200 expenditure. Of course, being on the East Coast, it was a unicorn hunt to find the best well draining, proven soil we could find this side of the Mississippi. We went with a cactus/succulent soil and it was extremely pricey - $18 for 4 qts (!) -- so that was another $200. (Thank goodness we already had two large 25 qt pots and river stone for additional drainage.) But so far, so good - the trees have been transplanted to pots, in very well draining soil, in the best full-sun location we have. They were wilty for the first day or so, then perked up, and sometimes we find them wilted at mid-day, only to look great again by dinner. And so - we're happy and having fun so far, and we are looking forward to watching them grow, bloom, yield fruit.

Plant was damaged during shipping. They stood by their product.

Very happy to see my two grape plants and peaches plant growing daily. And also knowing the guarantee for one year even feeling the certainty of the plants would grow that is my dearest wishes.

I had the ground prepped where I was going to plant the tree, and as soon as it arrived, it went in the ground and I placed mulch around it. It's perfect! Arrived fast in perfect condition. Very well packaged.

I was pleased with the sale price, the good condition and vigor of the peach trees I purchased. They are in the ground and doing well. We will see what next summer brings.

Trees came in good shape and so far so good even with our drought

We were excited to receive our Red Sunset Maple, which was set to replace a tree we lost to a recent storm. The tree arrived secured & well packed. However, I was a little underwhelmed at the site of our 5-6' tree. It resembles more of a stick with a few full leaves. I'm also worried about a 'kink' in the trunk. I guess I was expecting a straighter tree with a couple visible branches. It's our first experience ordering a smaller tree online, so we'll see what happens over the next year or two.

Ordering was easy. One box was crushed upon arrival, however both plants inside seem to be healthy.

Trees arrived in wonderful shape; planted them this Fall. So far, so good. Looking forward to watching them grow into the lovely trees they are known to be.
