Everything went well, very helpful in ordering. Was able to put them on hold until my landscaper we ready. When I took the hold off they came fast and in great shape. They all look great. Would recommend to a friend.

The Hydrangeas on the other hand
They were so small and to make me feel worse, I was at a nursery that had Hydrangeas in 1 gallon pots for the same price.
Also, I believed delivery was to be at my Columbus address, they were delivered to my Lilburn address?

The tree I ordered came the day it was supposed to arrive, in perfect shape. Very green and healthy. The Leprechaun Arborvitae is larger than I expected, which made me happy, and it was a great price!

For right now, really good experience with delivery quality of trees that have been shipped to me. The reason I've been so reluctant to do a review is because I have to wait to see if they make it through the winter hopefully getting them adequate amount of water being it's been kind of a drought here in Nebraska. But hopefully, I see leaves next year. Thank you

It came very quickly in the mail In its secured package that had plenty of moisture. It was too hot to planet right away. After a few days it cooled down and was planted. I took the box and used it to shade the tree in the afternoon on those 95' days. Watered it every three days for two weeks now we are in fall like weather. The tree never welted or turn yellow. Took to the ground like it found its spot, very happy with my new shade tree thank you. I would highly recommend this company and will shop here again if needed

Well fgt may have good products, I don't know I ordered twice but never received my order.they did reimburse me for the charges,but I wanted trees. I called and asked if I could just come down and purchase them in store. Since they are only about a100 miles from my home but they are not open to the public. Can't ship out can't go in. Oh by the way they us fedex. My order was destroyed both times so I found a different nursery and have had no problems so for and have received 3 shipments already all on time not damaged

My plant did not do well. They helped find me a replacement. No hassles.

I have purchased multiple plants, shrubs, and trees from Fast Growing Trees. I have never been disappointed. Every plant, shrub, and/tree I have ever received from them arrived healthy and was quality packaged. I must add that the name of the company, Fast Growing Trees, is aptly put! I bought a Redpointe maple tree from FGT 4 to 5 months ago and it is now four times bigger and filling out beautifully. Family and friends are shocked when they come to our home and see how quickly this tree is growing. I can say the same for the beautiful rainbow eucalyptus tree that I bought from FGT. I could spend considerable time enumerating all of the positives of FGT, but I will minimize them to this: they provide the highest quality plants/shrubs/trees to their customers, they have excellent customer service (for example, I have had to plants that failed to thrive but due to FGT's commitment to customer satisfaction and providing their customers with the highest quality possible, they have a one year guarantee on all of their plants so they replaced both of these plants free of charge AND I have called FGT customer service on more than one occasion just to inquire about how to best care for certain products. The customer service staff were welcoming and wonderful. All I had to do was send pictures of the plant in question and they in turn provided superb feedback on how to care for the specific product. I will be a loyal customer of FGT for the remainder of my days. No one else has topped them!

I have purchased 11 plants recently. They have all come well packaged. The trees have been planted and all are in good condition. I am very happy with the product and the service.

My wisteria arrived in good shape. I planted per instructions and it has done well for several weeks, even surviving last week's Hurricane Helene. Today I noticed a tendril shooting up ready to be trained along the fence we want it to cover. So far so good!

I purchased a Japanese Blood Maple tree and received essentially a dried up stick. I called customer service and they were very helpful in crediting my account. I then used that credit to purchase a larger tree. Sadly this next tree was not any better. For $279 the tree was truly pathetic. I have purchased trees in the past and been very satisfied, not this time and probably this will be the last time I order.
