I had a few specific questions concerning the plants I had ordered. One about grafted root stock, pruning techniques, transplanting recommendations. Not only were the ladies I spoke to polite and friendly, they were more than willing to go out of their way to help.
For reference - I called sometime early afternoon on a Saturday and was on hold for maybe a minute.
I ordered two trees that arrived completely broken. The company promptly refunded my money. I ordered one more that arrived in perfect condition and healthy. I have used this company twice. Last year one of our trees did not Thrive and they replaced it. Overall a decent company. I will be ordering again next spring
The ordering process was simple and the delivery was quick. I left the arborvitae and other plantings in the sun for a few days to allow for them to acclimate to the light prior to planting. I had them professionally installed and they received a ton of rain over the last two weeks. Nearly all are showing signs of transfer shock as they browned up. I may need to take advantage of the one year guarantee.
Bought a 6-7' red maple. It arrive well packaged and healthy. I also purchased a starter kit and I'd recommend unless you already have the materials on hand. New growth seen in the first week. We're in a drought now, but she still gets her 2-3 gallons 3 at least times a week now that we're in our third week planted. Can't wait for her to be big and beautiful. Envy of all the other evergreen trees. Highly recommend purchasing from the site.

I purchased a fig tree. It came sick and we tried to revive it. I sent an email with a picture. It was immediately replace and the new fig tree already has 6 figs growing…. I will definitely purchase more plants and trees. What a great company
The trees appear to have died in transit. I pulled them out of the box and watered them for a few days and I have two sticks in my yard that I continue to water.
We live a long distance from "local" nurseries, and the selections are very limited. The trees from FastGrowingTrees arrive quickly, and save us a lot of driving and in the few instances when they have had to be replaced, the service has been excellent.
Most trees end up doing pretty well, but a few show up broken or looking dead. Waiting to see if they're dead or dormant. Customer support is awesome, they replaced the trees that broke in transit. Still waiting to see if my trees comes back. I'd say 85% are doing great though.
Jacaranda tree arrived in good condition however due to rains from TS Debby - the tree became overwatered,and subsequently died. Fast growing trees replaced it with no hesitation.

The tree I was looking for was at a great price compared to my local nursery shipped within 3 days when it arrived I contacted the gardener for planting instructions and advice answered my call immediately and was fantastic

I've ordered a few times from FGT and each order substantially large. There have been some shipping issues, no fault of FGT because the items are packaged very well. I blame the shipping as, often times, the delivery person doesn't necessarily pay attention to the arrows on how to place the box, many of the boxes being oversized with trees within. Since we are clear across the country from FGT, it is a miracle that the boxes arrived undamaged to begin with. One would expect there may be shifting and a little issue with the contents being a live plant or tree. That said, with any issues we have had (plants uprooted, or broken limbs), I have found the customer service to be bar none. They assist with tips on how to salvage a plant or replaced with a new one altogether. The plants being damaged are no fault of FGTs as, had they arrived wih no shipping damage, it's easily apparent that they are healthy and nice when being carefully packaged. In any case, my experience has been wonderful and I absolutely will continue to order from FGT in the future. I've already recommended them to family and friends.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
