Easy to browse and order.i order 2 cherry trees and arrived without any leaves but in just a couple of weeks they were blooming. Very satisfied

I had been looking for a blenheim apricot tree on the east coast for some time, and they are not in local nurseries, plus online options were really expensive for trees under 4'. This one was a very large tree, well-pruned and full of foliage when it arrived, and it has been doing well in the ground for over a month now. The price was similar to a nursery where I bought a persimmon's tree, and yet this tree seems to be in better shape.

The customer service of this company is exceptional. The representative that assisted me was patient and thoughtful. She made my experience very calm and enjoyable

One question how often should fertilize the tree.

My order arrived on 3 different days. Boxes bent, upside down and thrown on top of each other which caused damage to some of the trees. Fed Ex was supposed to file a report or complaint, but I never heard back from them.

I ordered several plants to add to a landscape project for this fall. Plants wrre packed well and shipped right away arriving healthy and thriving. Will definitely purchase more in the Spring.

Ordering was fast and easy. Timely delivery but the trees were a little smaller than I expected.

Ordered 2 poplar trees. 1st pair arrived damaged and poor specimens. Larger of the 2 had a knot in the root ball y'all admitted should not have been sent. 1st replacement tree was dead on arrival. Asked customer service for a straight tree with a viable root ball and was told they can't make notes on the replacement request...shouldn't that be the goal, anyway? 2nd replacement had only 3 branches alive, but very crooked. Ended up buying local. I will NEVER trust this company again.

I've used FastGrowingTrees on several occasions and have always had a good experience. This last time, I ordered two olive trees. They were shipped in the same box and one was the saddest looking little olive tree (named it "Charlie") to begin with — but also the root ball had been damaged in shipping due to the secured strap coming loose. I gave it a go anyway and I could tell Charlie was not going to make it. I contacted FastGrowingTrees with photos and an explanation — and they immediately arranged for a new tree to be sent but suggested I wait for it to be shipped in cooler month. Mid September and the new tree arrived — it's perfect. Great experience!

I had a slight issue with my order and customer service did an excellent job in getting back with me in a timely manner and also resolving the issue asap. Highly recommend!

All four of the blueberry shrubs were significantly damaged. Whoever packed them for shipping broke the top 10 ro 12 inches of the 3 yr old shrubs to fit them in the shipping box. Branches were also broken at the crown, which is extreme damage in my opinion.

I ordered a deador cedar and 2 bush blueberries. They came healthy and are doing well in their pots. I am very please with the product.

I chose to spend more purchasing trees from here instead of from competitors, but they arrived frail and undersized, with little chance of survival. This feels like a complete waste of $300+.

Purchased a 3 gallon plant expecting to get a larger plant but basically got a little 1 gallons plant in 3 gallons of dirt. Bought 3 gallons from Lowes for almost half the price and and 3 times as large. Not interested in purchasing again.

I have ordered from this company several times. The trees and bushes are great quality and have been very hardy and viable.

Responded immediately to my concerns and made things right!

2023 tree winter of 2024 and it was replaced free but arrived smashed up and almost dead. So that tree was replaced with another free tree.
