Ordered several plants preparing for landscape project.
Plants were planted by landscape team and made it through winter in zone8.
Two did not thrive.
Paid shipping cost and Fast growing trees is replacing 5-6 foot Sugar Maple.
Look forward to next purchase.

Unfortunately all my trees I purchased with you guys have been destroyed by hurricanes in Naples… I tried to keep them I just pulled my last jacaranda because it was just too damaged from 3 hurricanes. Unfortunately It was 3 of my trees with you so I would kill like to try again :)

I purchased my plum trees five years ago and I've been extremely happy with them both. I give away gallons of plums every year to my neighbor, friends, and the local Alms House.

I ordered a tree in hottest time of year during a holiday which delayed shipping. You gave me phone support and the tree is alive and well this spring. I was afraid it was a gonner.

I ordered peach trees last year and one arrived with a broken trunk. FGT sent me another tree, and now they are both thriving.

I have purchased Tea Olive trees for Family in Washington, Georgia, and South Carolina States all wonderful. The Birds of paradise for Olympia Washington were beautiful - absolutely stunning - on arrival but did not fare the winter - sadly:(
I am trying to locate blooming cherry trees that are drought tolerant and freeze resistant for my Idaho land to frame the drive - ******* - but higher in elevation [ -5 to 101] snow up to 30" for up to a week and no rain or trace rain for a month during summers. However - loaded with Tamarack, Cedar, Alder, Fir and I have a creek avail for irrigation. Let me know what you suggest. Full to partial sun along drive. Thanks Jayson McMahan

Purchased many evergreens for privacy between neighbors, shrubs for the flowerbeds and now trees. Very happy with this company.

I bought several windmill palm trees but didn't live. Im just live in a bad spot to grow them. So they gave me credit to buy whatever I wanted.

The plant I bought from you previously is alive, thriving and pleasing to look at. It really serves the purpose I had in mind - to accentuate a corner of my yard.

The past orders I received shipped perfectly. I only had one tree break from high winds. Fast trees replaced it, but the replacement wasn't a nice as the original re-blooming lilac tree. The replacement tree had a huge bend at the graft. Two years later and the bend is still the same. In time, I expect the whole top will break at that bend of the graft.

I bought this tree last year and it broke right away. I contacted customer service and they didnt help me at all. I was not given a replacement either. For discharge an expensive tree one would expect at least good customer care but they were very dismissive and they didn't care at all about my situation. I am only buying again bc I couldn't find the same tree by another company and I have one that I need to match for the front of my house. I bought fruit trees from another website bc of this experience. I am not buying from this website again.

We purchased 62 of these about 4 years ago. They were one foot then and now most all of them are 8 feet or more. Be sure to use root booster.

Have been ordering for 5 years now. All my trees have been delivered well packed and healthy. Any problem within a year with my one year guaranty I have always recieved an exchange or refund. Very satisfied.

You really need to back the hell off with your demands for reviews. Now you have ruined what had been a pretty positive experience with your insistence on filling out reviews. If they are not given freely they are not a true reflection. Now my review of this entire transaction has dropped precipitously. Bad move on your part. I will have to question if I will ever come here again because of your dogmatic approach to demanding we tell you we like you. Right now I don't (like you)

Plants received before, most where upside down in boxes, yard person planted them they have all lived for about 1 1/2 years, very pleased

Packaging is always done very well. The plants always look healthy and well developed. I probably bought over 50 trees and shrubs at this point? And only one died that wasn't my fault. Lol
