I ordered 40 trees, my credit card was charged immediately, then I waited, and waited, and waited for any recognition of my order. I had to write (using their horrible website to correspond) and each time I received a message saying they would get back within 72 hours? SEVENTY TWO HOURS? This is 2025, not 1960. I was the CEO of a consulting firm and we had a rule that we would always get back with a response to any phone call or inquiry within ONE HOUR. And that was twenty years ago. The communication was terrible. The trees are just OK.
Where's my order? So far I've received nothing but unfulfilled promises.
After my original order was delivered to someone else (still no idea where), they willingly shipped me 2 more. Had them quickly. They are doing okay. Been about a month for first one and 3 weeks on second tree. Starting to get new growth!

The plants were great. However the blueberry bushes did t make it and I sent in pics and filled out your contact form last week. There was no notice of how long it would take you to get back to me so if is feeling really frustrating! I hope I hear back sooner than later.
Out of stock, back ordered items became 2 for 1 before shipping. Rep said they couldn't do anything. Then items were lost in shipping, then went back on 2 for 1. Items reshipped as 1 for 1
I bought a Sycamore tree and 2 Weigalas. They came quickly and were sent well protected. The sycamore already has leaves, 2 months after planting. The Weigalas were struggling a bit, and a call to the care line identified overwatering as the problem. They are doing better. Fast Growing Trees does not sell you something and abandon you. They really seem to care that your plants thrive.
I've ordered several plants and all have come in looking excellent. I do have a dwarf Japanese lilac that is looking like branches are dying. I'm monitoring it but do hate to loose it as I just got it in April of this year.

The shopping and shipping is great but I fallowed all directions on planting and the trees are not quite dead i believe but there has been no chance or flowering since planting. I not sure if the trees were very healthy when I got them.
Tree is in poor condition. I was under the impression I was supposed to receive 2 trees for the price not one very sick Tree.
The boxes look like they've been through war when delivered and plants look like the Charlie Brown Christmas tree

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
