Tree came snapped in half. FedEx and box used both to blame. I submitted photos and description via form. 3days still no help.
I purchased a garden tool bag and Meyer Lemon Tree on the website for my fiancés birthday gift with an expected delivery date of the following week only to find out they would push the expected delivery date day back a couple weeks. I was initially fine with it because I was excited to give the gifts. After the expected delivery date came and went I called to see what is going on. They told me the tree was not ready yet and needed more time to grow and said it would be the beginning of May before the tree would be ready and that they would go ahead and ship the bag the following week. The following week, the bag never came and I waited until the next week to call and check in on where the bag was, now over a month since the order was placed. They now told me the bag could not be shipped separately from the tree and that the tree would not be ready until the end of May. Now I am here 6 weeks since I had placed my order for a birthday gift I had planned to give in March with nothing in hand. I canceled my order when I was given another month to wait for my tree and was told they would not ship the bag separately. Look elsewhere for a reputable company that sells what you are looking for.

I ordered 10 small giant green arborvitae trees and they came very well packaged and arrived in excellent condition and the roots retained moisture throughout shipping. I will be ordering from Fast Growing Trees again!

I purchased 6 Autumn Bonfire Encore Azalea Shrubs. 3 of them died within a matter of a week. Though they guaranteed a replacement, they did not make it easy to replace. They have not yet sent the replacements and won't share the timeframe as to when they will be replaced. If this 2nd batch dies, I am just out of luck. Originally they said I would have to pay shipping and sent an email to that effect, but then they said shipping would be free, but never sent an email changing that. I hope to receive the new batch, but I have not yet heard anything after a few days from my call.
I ordered a fig a s pomegranate tree, the fig didnt have any leaves and was priced double than that at local hardware, even with the discount, The pomegranate took more than a month to deliver. I ordered a similar pomegranate which was larger and cheaper than this one

Website functionality to sort for plants is excellent. I loved being able to find what would work in my climate. However, all 3 plants I purchased are now dead. I followed directions and was attentive - still couldn't save them.
Every tree we received was packed well ready to play my and took off as soon as they were potted. They are thriving.
I ordered a total of 36 trees and they all are thriving now. The order process was easy, customer support excellent, and the trees survived the shipping. I have no complaints about the company, but if I could give FedEx are rating it would be minus 1000. The driver declined to move them into my driveway, dropped the packages carelessly from the truck and set them upright next to my gate. As a result many of the trees had lost soil from their pots and looked a little beat up. Tree company great. Shipping company terrible.
I call my little tree my "Rudi tree" as planted it in pot with my late dog's ashes under it. Tree although looking small at the time I received for the money, has sprouted out and looking really good.
The trees arrived in good shape. I planted them in the spots I chose with ease. The instructions were very clear. They are growing well. I had to guard then with deer fence and spray. The deer did eat a few blossoming flowers of the Cherokee Brave Dogwood, but hopefully it will survive and continue to grow.
1st year with musa basjoo I ordered, followed all instructions for winterizing plant and thought I would find signs of life by now on may 1st in zone 6... my fear is that it died?

One of my trees arrived sticking out of the shipping container and very curved. I contacted customer service and was told that it should straighten up which it had and growing very nicely.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
