Have been searching for the Carolina Sweetheart Redbud tree.The site was easy to navigate; pricing, size clear, ordering simple and quick. The tree is very young and small 5-6' but I have been looking for this tree for a long time without much luck. I ordered it because it will test my patience but also give me the pleasure of watching it grow. I have 6 of the forest pansy redbuds and 2 of the white rosebuds. What a pleasure in my garden!
I bought 3 hazelnut tres and all 3 were planted upon arrival. They had wilting leaves and I replanted and the leaves aren't getting any better. They are brown now. I have watered and tried to help them along but I'm super disappointed. My other trees that I bought have the best fruit and look amazing. It's just the hazelnut that are all dieing.

I thought these "fast growing trees" would mean they arrived fuller and bigger than the ones you can get at the store. I mean, that's the name of the company, right? Wrong! I got two scrawny, pathetic sticks with a few wilted leaves on them for almost twice the price of my local store. I'm not even sure one of them is going to make it.
My neighbor bought twice locally and they look amazing and she paid way less. What a waste of my money!
The trees arrived alive and well. They are thriving and just now blooming. They are beautiful, and I am overly excited to see them full of purple flowers.

My shipment was lost for several days. After multiple phone calls with Fedex, they suggested that I contact FGT for a replacement order because they couldn't find my package. FedEx said FGT could file a claim for reimbursement. This was a time sensitive shipping issue because I was concerned that my tree would die sitting in a hot truck somewhere. After 4 days I finally received an email response from FGT saying that they would ship another tree. The replacement was never sent and I gave up trying to contact the company. It is unacceptable to not have a phone number for customer service. Not all issues can wait several days.
I ordered a tree last year and planted as suggested. It died very quickly. There was no refunding so I ordered a replacement. Waited, then found it was delivered to an address out of state! So I ordered a different one that I was told was in stock, waited some more for delivery only to find out it was out of stock and was delayed! Now it's July in the heat of the summer and no tree yet! Still waiting!
The trees came as described in a box with staked support. It was in March 2025 as I was trying to get them planted early Spring. They only had one or two areas of a few leaves. They have since being planted grown leaves on the branches they have. They have very few branches but what's there appears healthy. I check them every other day for moisture. I have them supported north and south with a stake and tree support straps. I'm hopeful they will thrice. I planted them per the instructions.
I was sold a plant which I never received. And it wasn't until about 6 to 8 weeks after I had placed the order that I was told that the tree was unavailable. The tree was a gift to my daughter, and she never received it. Very disappointed, most likely not use this company again.

I ordered a key lime tree and paid for it at the time of order. I was given a date on when it would ship. It did not ship and did not arrive. I had to follow up and spoke with someone who could not explain why my tree did not ship as scheduled. If I had not followed up I would still be waiting for a tree that I paid for months ago. Also, I ordered a variegated pink lemon bush. Again I was given a future ship date at the time I ordered and paid for the lemon bush. It did not ship as scheduled and I had to repeatedly follow up with Fast Growing Trees to get info about my order. But this time I was not allowed to speak with a person to solve the problem. Instead I had to send numerous emails and received a few email excuses in reply. Again my order arrived late and if I had not followed up, I might still be waiting. I will not order from Fast Growing Trees again.
I purchased 2 Dogwood trees. ( buy 1 get 1 free). One dree did not make it and died. I filled out the form and included pictures. Within 10 minutes Fast Growing Tress responded and is shipping me a new tree.

I received several items that were less than healthy reported my issues, were advised that they would improve over time, planted and nursed as advised and they are terrible. I would never purchase again.
I have a 3 year old corkscrew willow tree i bought here when i got my new house. It already about 15-20 tall and about 10 feet wide, the shade is great and the tree does great in the hot desert sun of palmdale Ca.
We decided this would be a great tree for our front lawn and garden. So we i purchases two, 5-6 foot trees on sale and planted them to soon grow and provide a perfect front lawn of shade.
I had 10 arborvitae trees that died... I took you up on the replacement guarantee, but those died too. Not sure if it is the trees or my soil (or what i did or didn't do), but I can't get these to grow. I won't order again.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
