The first time I ordered the tree that we received died within a month. Fast Growing Trees without question--just some pictures--quickly sent me a replacement.
Everything I've ordered in the past has always been exactly what I wanted. My property is surrounded with fast growing trees and bushes.
I have purchased numerous trees/shrubs through Fast Growing Trees and I have had great success with each order. However, I have only gotten a total of three very small pomegranates even though my trees are beautiful. I believe it has been three or more years since I planted them.
Bought many trees almost all arrived in great shape. The two that were broken were replaced no questions asked, and they didn't make me have to return them. That was a big relief.
Their trees and house plants are pretty and healthy and I have purchased dozens from them and all are alive and well to this day. Sincerely, Rudy M. From Indiana
Same as above as I am pretty happy with the plants except for one sage purple rain plant that died. Planted two and the other is doing well.
I have enjoyed searching for many items for my landscape. I have had very few problems and when I did, customer service has always taken care of my concerns.
Every Tree and Shrub I have purchased has succeeded my expectations.
I had trouble trying to submit my question through the website but was able to speak to someone after calling the toll free number. They consulted with a horticulturalist and gave me some suggestions to help my plant. Time will tell if it helps.
I get it... every retailer (online of brick & mortar) is scared with the destruction of the economy thanks to GOP. However, I just want to checkout... don't lose an existing customer while you are already losing business.
Convenience, easy to learn what plants I can grow in my area. Each plant purchased in past was packaged well without damages.
Love the sale right now 30% off site wide on top of 10% discount for 4-pack tea olives. We've now bought 24 total over tve last few weeks because it's such a great deal and the shrubs have clearly been grown well and extremely healthy.
Every plant I have purchased from FGT has arrived in good shspe, and when planted promptly and in the correct manner has done well.
Many transplants require a year to really "get situated"(creep) but, when well cared for through the first year, they tend to LEAP the following year.
Keep your expectations real! Take care of your new plants!
Items arrived in good shape. Items arrived on time at my house.
The lavender plants arrived in excellent condition so I went ahead and ordered a house plant for a gift. Sturdy packaging and quick delivery are also good.
I use PayPal for my checkout needs and unfortunately, to have an account, you cannot check out with PayPal. So, I miss out on the perks of being a member and I don't appreciate that. I wish someone would look over my account and credit me for my purchases, which have been quite a few this past year.
While I like shop, it does not allow the PayPal option to check out, so I do not get credit for my purchases because I have to check out as a guest. I'm upset that my previous purchases didn't earn points and will continue not to earn points while PayPal is not offered while logged in through Shop.
I ordered one lemon bush for our anniversary. Ordered a second one for Christmas because they produce better if there are two or more. Just ordered a fig tree to replace a dead red leaf maple.
Previous order, 8 hollies; next spring 2 were obviously dying, although one still had faint green bark, would not replace this one
After my first order, FedEx sent tracking information along with an expected delivery date. The trees did not arrive, and when I checked the tracking information again, the details had changed. I then received an email from you asking how your business had done. I assumed you thought I had already received the trees. In my review, I stated that I was upset about the inconsistent delivery dates. I then received the following response:
My name is Amanda, and I am one of the Senior Representatives here at Fast Growing Trees. I am following up on your recent survey.
I am so sorry for the confusion. I see your order was originally scheduled to be delivered between Tuesday, January 6th, and Wednesday, January 7th. Based on the tracking information, your order is now scheduled to be delivered on Monday, January 5th.
Rest assured, our typical transit time is between 2-7 days. This is well within a healthy timeframe for the plants to be in their boxes.
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions/concerns that come up, please feel free to contact us directly at *******959 from 9-8 Eastern time, and we'll be happy to assist you further.

What Amanda did not see was the original scheduled delivery date, because it had already been changed. I was not the one who was confused. When the new scheduled delivery date arrived, the trees showed "out for delivery," but once again, they did not arrive.
I then spoke with a very nice woman at your company who explained that the shipper had sent the trees back to the distribution center for inspection. This concerned me, as I was unsure why that would be necessary. She assured me she would investigate and, if needed, have new trees sent right away. She also mentioned that I had not received the 30% discount that was offered and said she would take care of that as well.
Unfortunately, I do not remember her name, but her customer service encouraged me to trust your company and place an additional order.
In contrast, Amanda's response suggested that I was somehow confused and that I should have known your typical transit time, which I could not find on your website.
Please locate the woman who helped me over the phone and give her a raise—just deduct it from Amanda's salary.
P.S. Amanda, if you write me back that I am confused again, I'll cancel every order.
Bought a blueberry bush and a meyer lemon tree. The blueberry bush is thriving but the Meyer lemon unfortunately did not make it. They sent me a replacement. Very good customer service.
I ordered a blueberry bush and am very happy with it so far. I need to wait till summer to see if anything blooms and if I get any fruit. But it's worth the wait. I have it planted inside, basking in the sunlight of a window.
After adding the Reliance Peach Tree to my basket and seeing the HURRY35 discount, it disappeared at checkout. Then a message stated that the discount was not available for my area. Disappointing, given the number of trees I ordered.
I have placed two previous orders and have not yet received any trees due to the time of year.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
