I purchased two cherry trees, one Rainier and the other a Bing. The Bing cherry was having issues so I called FGT. It turned out that the tree had died. Because of the Alive & Thrive Guarantee 💯 I have another tree on the way. Can't wait to plant it!

I have purchased many plants from fast growing trees. On the rare occasion that something arrives in less-than-perfect condition, they honor their warranty and replace it promptly. I will order from them again.

Concerned if trees will make it this year (2026) as they arrived with dry soil in plastic pot along with dried leaves that had fallen off due to rerouting during shipping last fall (2025)

I have placed 2 large orders with fast growing trees before, The first order was completely botched. Trees that didn't arrive with zero communication, missing entire growing seasons, arriving way shorter then I paid for.

I only got a partial refund for that order, not even covering the cost of what wasn't recieved. I then placed an order for two more trees with that refund. One of which died within a few weeks of getting in the ground. That tree also couldn't be replaced becuase you were out of stock.

This purchase is just using up the refund from that purchase. I was originally SO excited for the 4 in 1 apple and peach trees, and the fruit cocktail tree that I had spots planned for them in my new yard for years..

Had two trees damage. One was replaced the other was giving a credit. Just sent pics to show damage and it went very smooth to getting my replacement trees.

Seven of my trees died within a year of purchase and they happily honored the guarantee giving me a store credit by which I bought four more treed and a butterfly loving bush

Good variety, nice plants, and great customer service. There always seems to be some sale and the price never seems that drastic compared to the regular price. Have less discount sales with a stronger discount.

I have purchased 5 or 6 plants from fast growing trees and I can honestly say every single tree or shrub has done well. Seaching and buying is very easy. Overall great experiences so far.

Bought a dogwood tree... still waiting for it to bloom, but it has only been a little over 4 years, so maybe this will be the year for blooms.

The plants arrive well packaged. As ll the plants are secure. I've bought many different types of plants and they ALWAYS grow well.

I bought my sister a Mimosa tree as a gift two years ago> It has grown beautifully, and she actually had blooming flowers this past season.

My Meyer Lemon is really doing great. The 3 Crepe Myrtles are doing very well also. One Problem. My Raspberry bush is having a hard time. Will be moving it from the pot to a new location

Never had issues other than some state laws of what I can order fruit tree wise. That isnt the fault of the company though. I have bought from them several times and all my plants have been healthy and thriving.

With my very first purchase years ago I was impressed with your customer service and how they guided me. Last year I ordered rose trees that were beautiful and gave me a show all season.

They would not replace a tree that I waited too long to claim the warranty on. Just seems crazy that you would not help me with a replacement when the tree was clearly dead well before the 60 day warranty cutoff.

I have been pleased with the health of plants when they arrive, though the last "Tree" I ordered came in a 16 oz. Plastic cup.

I tried to get help with it. Was very disappointed
Email was sent. Not sure if it was still on a warranty? Soooo am going to try again and hopefully it survives! 😮‍💨
