I've purchased 4 trees and 2 bushes. One tree didn't survive very long and they sent a replacement... it's beautiful now. A blueberry bush arrived with fruit and I've already eaten some! That was after a phone call to get the best one for my placement!

I purchased an Autumnberry Service Berry tree and was concerned about how the tree was doing and firstly if I had planted it correctly. I received caring knowledgeable advice and reassure that all was well. I feel Fastgrowing Trees cares about their products and customers. Hoping my tree will grow strong and healthy for many years!
Initially the plants I received were substandard. I let the company know and they offered a bit of a discount. I was not satisfied. However, after more communication they did send replacements that were the quality I was used to from this company.

Didn't receive the plants I ordered. I have a mixture of Skip Laurel and Cherry Laurel. They arrived with pests as the leaves were chewed threw. I sent the company pictures and got no response other than please send pictures. I would like a refund.
The purchase process was flawed. I was quoted a discount with a promotion that included free freight. When the order went through the freight charge was included which offset the discount. My complaint forced cancellation and when I went to reorder and was forced to upgrade to a larger more expensive tree that was scheduled for quick shipment. I paid for the larger tree and when the larger Tree (Meyer Lemon tree didn't arrive I was told that it was on backorder and waited about 2 months from the original purchase date. When the tree arrived by FedEx it was in a very large box with no internal support structure for protection. The box was crushed and many small limbs were broken off. There was a support bamboo shaft support which was I tried to contact by phone to report the issue and was advised to complete a form with photos. No one responded. My complaint was not addressed. There were no care or repair documents or advice available.
I DIDN'T KNOW IF I WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE THE TAPES OFF OR IF THE TREE WOULD BREAK THEM AS IT GROWS. IT WAS NICELY ATTACHED TO THE STAKE AND IT LOOKED LIKE THE TAPE WOULD JUST BREAK AWAY ONCE THE TREE WAS GROWING SECURELY, BUT I WASN'T SURE, AND THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS PERTAINING TO THE STABILITY TAPING FOR SHIPPING/GROWING.
Ordering was easy. Arrived a few days late but because they were packed so good they were in perfect condition. Third time ordering from FGT and they do not disappoint!
While the blueberry plants seem to be growing well, the choice of FedEx to deliver them is suspect. The box looked as though it had been used as a step stool and/or a bench. One of the plants was broken by the mishandling of the box.
Your plants are very nice but the 6' tree I ordered was pathetic. It was a 6' twig, 1 branch with a few leaves. For the same money I purchased from a local nursery a full looking small tree 6' tall with multiple branches and full of leaves. I'm very disappointed and will not be buying trees from you again
I was dismiss by customer service of my concerns about a missing companion plant. I bought an Anna kiwi plant what was supposed to come with another companion plant Meader Kiwi, I think in order to fruit. I am very disappointed with the fact that I felt dismiss by customer service knowing that it's supposed to come with second plant as it said on the tag and the description page …
Order went through, but never received my product. I have tried to contact someone, but have no response.
I ordered a number of different trees. The blueberry bushes and apple trees came in good condition and now, a month later, seem to be doing well. I had also ordered two cherry trees, which never arrived. I think that they just forgot about the trees. Fortunately, a refund was issued quickly after a mediocre experience with customer service. Based on the quality of the delivered trees and the ability to get a refund, I'll reorder the missing trees at a later date.
All plants were as described and are helping my yard look the best it's ever been! Even some that arrived very dried out have sprung back and are healthy.

I purchased a lemon tree as a Mother's Day gift and she was extremely pleased. She's always wanted a lemon tree. Should be interesting to see how fast it does grow over the next year. With that said, this website is setup not to ship gifts but to ship to the buyer, so if anything could improve, I would say it should be recognition that some people like myself, especially those who live outside their home country of the USA, should be enabled to get the items sent as gifts. I was only able to get it sent to my mother's name by using her name instead of my own during the checkout process. Silly we need to do that. Please enable the buyer to ship to a different person's name and address. Yes, some of us actually send trees and plants as gifts!
I have ordered several trees (Cold Hardy Avocado, Limequat and Fruit Cocktail) and all of them have arrived in beautiful condition. Very healthy. I can't wait until I have fruit. The Limequat has lots of blooms.
Ordered 2 plants, before plants had even been shipped I tried to cancel. They said no. Plants arrived after delivery date was promised. After unpacking the plants were sparse and wilted. Tried customer again they again were not helpful. Ended up buying much healthier plants and much cheaper at Lowe's
Damaged from shipping. Replaced tree with new one. No difficulty getting it replaced
FedEx lost my order. Customer service promptly resent my order. I was happy with the quick resolution and the beautiful plants I eventually received.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
