I have purchased a couple trees/bushes from this company. My lemon bush produced fruit the second year and we're getting even more lemons this year. I'm looking forward to getting some blueberries next year. I will definitely purchase more trees from this company in the future

I ordered 2 peach trees last season and was delighted by the experience. Unfortunately, one of the peachies didn't take. Fast Growing Trees stood by their guarantee and sent us another peach tree within a couple days!
Trees that I have purchased are in great shape, packaged well, (even if the box is destroyed by the shipping partner during transport). I follow the planting directions and all have rebounded and grown substantially.
Ordered 3 trees and two bushes now months later still have not received the bushes. Nothing on site said my bushes would be delayed. No email saying anything had to email customer support to find out they were backordered.
Since you asked: I purchased trees at full price, and literally two days later, before I even received or delivered them, they were significantly discounted. I reached out to ask if they'd honor the new price. Most companies would, but they didn't. Needless to say, the trees were planted and cared for but haven't grown. I know there's a guarantee, but at this point it doesn't feel worth pursuing. It feels a bit scummy to re-engage just to chase a discount or a make-good when they had the opportunity to do the right thing from the start. It's clear they want my business, but the experience left a bad taste.
Ordered meters lemon tree. Very nicely wrapped and secure. Looks extremely healthy. The only pet peeve I have is they forgot to put it in a pot. The soil and root was tied in a plastic bag without the pot.
I ordered 10 trees and five peonies. Three of the trees and one peony arrived significantly damaged by FedEx. This, clearly, is not the company's fault - these things happen. When I attempted to contact their customer service, however, is when the problems began. First of all, you cannot call and speak with anyone, it must be conducted online. I'm a millennial, it's cool, I can do that. They were sold out of two of my items and offered me a store credit which was insufficient to repurchase *either* of the items, and reshipped two of the items (for the sake of clarity, a maple and a cherry). Except they reshipped the items to themselves (items were delivered to South Carolina; I live in Indiana) and then told me the maple was now sold out and unavailable to be reshipped (can't you just ship me the tree you delivered to yourself? No, apparently not). I asked for the maple to be replaced with another, less expensive tree, which they told me was impossible per their policies. Imagine my surprise when FedEx delivered (intact this time, thanks!) two cherry trees. Meaning, they replaced my maple with a cherry - supposedly impossible. Bizarrely, the tree they duplicated was more expensive than both the maple and the tree I asked for it to be replaced with. I've exchanged a total of 20 emails with their customer service and at this point it feels like I would be better off burying myself in the hole I dug for the tree I'm never going to get. In the end I got a partial refund which was not enough to replace any of the trees or plants by themselves.

Fast Growing Trees provides extremely well organized information about their plant options. Once you've ordered what you want, the plants arrive in ingenious packaging. All the plants I've purchased (6 hydrangeas, 6 double knockout roses, 2 sedum) were very healthy and have all flourished. I appreciate the follow-up e-mails with growing guides specifically for your plants. Ive referred to them a few times to make sure I'm on the right track. After 7 weeks my hydrangeas are already blooming! My family called me the black thumb of the family because I routinely killed cacti. Not any more!

I have been trying to get a replacement plant for way to long. When I first made them aware of the problem, it was suggested that I continue to water in the hopes of the plant returning to life. No such luck. I did wait an extraordinarily long time to contact using the guarantee form. At the end of the form it requires photos which tried to upload. However, the file size is significantly limited and I couldn't upload. Made me wonder if that was deliberate so as to frustrate a submission. I then used the chat method which proved to be less helpful. Please note that there are 3 of the same plant that are growing very well. In addition, I have made 2 other purchases (both before and after) of different varieties that are thriving well.
Order came as expected. Trees in very good condition. Was not able to plant right away due to wind in our area, but have done very well since planting.
My 1st pruchase from Fast growing Trees was 2 years ago and the shrubs we received have lasted and are doing great. From the online ordering to the receiving in the boxes was seamless. Last year we purchased our trees and they have lasted over the winter still in pots because we didn't have time to plant and this year we just purchased some more shrubs hoping they last in an area that nothing has lasted for too long.
We ordered 8 arbovitae trees about 2 months ago and are still missing 2 of them. We have reached out several times and keep getting told they may show up. Nope... and we planted the ones we did get as directed and they are brown and not doing well even though they have gotten watered every day.
Sceptical at first, being a first time customer, but the product was just what we were looking for so we thought we would give it a try.
We have been very satisfied, from the shipping/packing, to the plants themselves. They were all in good condition, with minor scrapes and bruises from the journey, but once planted and watered according to instructions they seem to be thriving and loving their new home.

All of the 16 Lavandar plants that I purchased were planted immediately upon arrival, they were watered every day and generally taken care of the exact same as a previous order but the new ones all died. About half of the pine trees in this order are also turning brown and starting to die. They are being watered every day but about half of the trees are just not making it.
Ordering was fairly straight forward, and the product showed up in a timely manner. However, even though it looks like they took time to pack the plants well I still had a lot of breakage, especially on the roses. Also, when I pay for a tree that is supposed to be 5' to 6' tall, I was hoping for at least somewhere in the middle, but I received a tree that was 4' 6/8' tall. Now it's possible that the branch that took it to 5' was broken off but I really didn't notice any of the tops broken, mostly the sides.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
