FedEx delivery on time. The driver dropped the box on its side. My rosemary plant was uprooted and some branches broken.

Be aware that they are shipped and handled prior to delivery. The shipping boxes are pretty sturdy but as they are loaded into the delivery truck. They more than likely will be on the floor or bottom with packaging placed on them. Mine came slightly damaged but looked okay. Quality looks good! Plantings went smoothly online directions were great. Looking forward to some additional privacy in a couple years.
Fast growing trees has not only been very helpful in ordering trees, but they have also made it very easy to replace the trees that did not survive the winter and spring. I had no problem getting replacement plants. They have also been very helpful with answering my questions about winterizing my plants and giving them the best opportunity to make it another year.
I received the tree in a box, and the tree looked shocked with burnt leaves. I immediately provided water and prepared the area to plant, following the guidance given in a subsequent email. I have been watering the little guy for several days, but it looks worse, as if the tree is dying. The leaves are falling and turning into a wilting mess.
I don't understand the situation, not good because I purchased this tree for my wife since she has loved the type of tree since she first saw a fully matured tree in our parks.

I recently purchased 20+ plants, and every single one arrived quickly and was packaged with care. One of the blackberry bushes looked a little rough, so I contacted customer support and within 2 hours, they responded and shipped me a replacement. This company has been nothing but fantastic, delivering high-quality plants and excellent service. Highly recommend!
Love the selection of plants that are almost impossible to find locally. Have had mixed experiences with quality of deliveries-- some plants arrive quickly and in great shape. Others have had very long delivery times (on items that were not listed as backorder), some plants in not great shape on arrival (lost about half of my lavenders, fig tree so jostled that the entire root system was broken and needed serious support to recover). Also have had decent customer service interactions when I reached out with a question. Nothing's been so egregious that I wouldn't try again when I need something I can't find locally.
The trees arrived in great condition with the exception of one tree that was damaged, I reached out to fast growing trees and they send out a replacement immediately, very happy with the trees and with the whole experience, I will definitely be buying more trees and plants from Fast Growing trees. Shipping was very fast, the fig trees arrived is good shape. One of three was a little spindly, but still healthy.
I ordered some shrubs and when they came they were pretty small and only had a few leaves on them. I contacted FGT's sent them pictures and they immediately sent me new shrubs. They are larger with lots of new growth. Extraordinary customer service and very friendly. Five stars for me!

Please fix this issue with the purchase. I was not sent the correct size plant that I paid for. I paid for gallon size plants. And received 2.5 quarts of a plant. I was expecting and should have gotten more mature plants. I am not closing out this issue as this is the first response to my email.

The process of receiving my two new raspberry trees was made extremely straightforward and simple by Fast-Growing trees. From the operator who took my order and was very informative and nice and efficient to the trees themselves all in all it was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to next year when I can eat the berries.
Of the 19 trees I've received 9 are growing well but one tree has drooping leaves even though it gets the same watering as the other trees!
I purchased 36 Trees in total! Everything came in with in a week and were healthy 2 foot trees. The packaging was perfect to protect my trees. I had 3 of the 36 that needed replaced after 3.5 weeks that seemed to have gotten stressed and then heat stressed that didn't make it. I sent them pictures from time they started looking bad till they died. They helped me every step of the way trying to save them before shipping me 3 new trees for replacement. They are very helpful and professional and quick to respond. I highly recommend this company for all you tree and plant needs.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
