Good planting instructions. Would've been nice if the tiny packet of recommended fertilizer was included in price.
I needed to replace a tree that was planted last year. The winter was rough and it did not survive. I replaced it with a larger tree in hopes that this winter it will be able to weather the season.
Easy to order, reasonable prices, company kept me informed. FedEx delivery was 2:30 AM... wee hours of the morning the day after they said it would be delivered. Overall good experience.

Great customer service but unfortunately both times the two plants I ordered were in really bad shape or dead upon arrival. One tree that I ordered was fine.
One reason I bought from FAST Growing Trees is because I constantly saw "60 day guarantee." However, when I contacted them about some of my plants dying and some not looking so good, I was told that the 60 day guarantee only applies to some plants. They replaced one plant, but I had to pay for shipping. I finally received my plant about 10 days later, one of the stems was broken. However, the rest of the plant was okay.
My 3 to 4 foot fiddley fig has unraveled and perked up in the last 24 hours. Quite frankly, I was very surprised to get a fiddley fig that was very lush, just like the picture! I also appreciated the plant care page on your website.
Packaging is rather sturdy and protects the trees during shipping- the root ball is still moist and leaves intact.

You could see a foot print on the top of the box where it was stepped on. Open the box 3 limbs were broken. I planted the tree waiting to see. If it will live there is only 60 day guarantee
Surprised it was not in a pot but just a bag of dirt. FedEx roughly delivered a box that was crushed on every side and the tree and some broken branches, but I think it'll survive.
The first tree died. It was very easy to file a warranty claim and the new tree is looking good. Absolutely fantastic cumstomer service. Will order from them again.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
