First time ordering them both plants arrived damage. They can only replace one and push me into a credit for the other one which was the one I actually wanted denying my opportunity to have the funds to get it somewhere else.
We live in a rural remote area where the closest nursery is 3-4 hrs away. I decided to try FGT, with the guarantee, I felt I had nothing to lose. All of the plants and trees, with the exception of the Blue Spruce, are thriving. The live chat was very helpful with all of my question and needs. My yard consists of 75% of plants and trees from FGT. I would recommend this company to anyone! The plants come well packaged, the soil is moist, and they arrive in a timely manner. Thank you FGT, for your part in making my yard turn into something pretty!
I ordered 2 trees & lavender that have yet to arrive. The double knock out bush roses came in wonderful shape. They were very well packaged, the soil was still moist. They haven't been in the ground very long, but they have yet to droop our wilt. I just placed my third order. I am extremely pleased.
Getting them to fulfill their warranty is like pulling teeth -- they do everything possible to avoid replacing dead plants. The application process is intentionally difficult, they refuse to process the applications, and they charge full shipping for the replacements.

And, to get the $10 off credit for a first-time customer, I had to accidentally discover the triangle in the lower-left corner of the web page -- not at all obvious. As opposed to those issues, I found the particular shrub I was looking for easily, and I was pleased that you offered a choice of sizes.

The plants arrived well packed. The shipment was separated and the second half was nearly a week behind, but the packaging sustained the trees and plants well.

First time got banana tree by your mistake then only got 1 tree then got one almost dead when arrived then no reply's for return giving another chance hopefully better service this time

I have never had an issue with Faster Growing Trees. I had bought a bunch of trees before, unfortunately, our house had burned down and a lot of the trees had to be knocked down while we were rebuilding due to their location. But I came back and ordered more trees once the house was finished because I love this place so much.
I've bought over 5 fruit trees and have had success so far.
I would give them a 5 but I did have several trees delivered with some sort of black fungus or something delivered that I attempted to grow them anyhow which was my mistake. I should have requested a refund immediately for those trees as each died. 2 Keiffer par trees and a persimmon tree. I do not know what the black stuff was, but it definitely killed the trees.
Plant was really smaller than expected and branch looked dry. Was told to scrape and if green it alive and will come to life. It did and my Wisteria is looking great!

All the plants I have purchased from fast growing trees have been healthy and ready to grow. All the plants I have received have also grown and remained healthy and have thrived as they have grown in my yard.

The shipping was fast and they were well packaged in felt carry bags which made it easy to space them for planting. I was expecting more maintenance and slower results, but these have definitely exceeded my expectations in both growth and overall health.
I appreciated the 1 year warranty- we had a few plants die from our first order. However, I am sad that I could not use the claim number and the coupon code at the same time. :( A $300 claim amount ended up only being $100 off because it took away the website given coupon code.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
