The plants that I purchased did not stand up to the promise or guarantee. Despite repeated pleas and complains the process to redeem the guarantee was tedious and tiresome. I did get the resolution, but it took a long time to complete.

All but one item came wonderfully healthy and bigger than I expected
I've ordered a couple times, the first time I was amazed at how healthy the plants were. The second time, I ordered a cherry tree, and half the leaves were yellow. Seriously, if y'all hadn't set the expectations so high the first order, I wouldn't have thought anything of it. Let's hope the tree makes it.

I bought eight Junior Thujas originally. I added a ninth one and the quality was not nearly as good. It is not near as healthy as the other others. I have fertilized and hope that it will catch up. One of the original eight trees died and is being replaced by this tree. Seven of the original eight are growing superbly.

I took advantage of FGT's summer sale and purchased a bosc pear and some blackberry bushes. The pear tree was stressed from being shipped during a heat wave but it bounced right back. Now that's a hardy tree!

We got two eastern redbuds(on a buy one get one deal). They shipped in perfect condition, and the planting instructions were very helpful. We did not get the two year guarantee, and we did end up losing one of them, but that is how it goes with plants sometimes. The other redbud is thriving though and had beautiful pinkish purple flowers in the spring!
