Purchased for privacy, 3ft trees. They're now 12ft maybe more, healthy and growing. Some were transplanted from pots, some in partial shade, but all doing well and filled in to help provide privacy after only a year

I've ordered several items in the past year. We've lost 2 trees due to unseasonable amounts of rain and the customer service dept was great about helping us try to save them, and then replace them when they didn't make it. We will purchase more from FastGrowingTrees in the future for this reason, even though they are higher priced than other nurseries.

Original order came and they were dried out. We planted and watered and thought they would grow. Two did but concerned they won't survive until next spring. The plants were not in good shape when received.
This is my third order with your company. The last order was five trees. I've lost four of them. The order was placed last spring, but because I do not have the order number you can't warranty it. This time I will take a photo of the warranty and the billing in hopes, you will warrantee this order.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
