My previous experiences with FGT have been fantastic. Lately they pushing 2fA and Shopify, and trying to login to see orders and status is a heallacious nightmare, really demoralizing to the whole experience.
So far I've been pleased with plant quality, packaging and delivery speed.
My last order was delivered upside down. My knockout rose bush had dry exposed roots with the soil in the top of the bag. I quickly watered the roots and replaced the soil and watered again. We will see if the roots were too far gone. The butterfly bush was packed sideways and was not disturbed but does have a dead stem at the top. Will see how that progresses. Usually very pleased with my purchases but the butterfly bush is tiny and part dead and the rose bush looks really rough. Hopefully they pull out of it.
You should show total with tax prior to paying. Have not received plants yet
I think I'll like growing my own fruit. Way easier than trying to start from seed.
I have made several purchases including the following trees. Plum, apricot, nectarine and apple. I also purchased grape bushes. The only issue I had was the purchase of some blueberry bushes and two of them died. Unfortunately it died before the one year time period but I forgot to make the company aware. Outside of that, all good. 😊

I've always been treated right and no issues. Had a order that was damaged, FedExwould not deliver nor was I notified, I called and spoke to a representative and he apologized and took care of me immediately!

It's in the title. One plant arrived sickly, I live chatted and was asked to wait a bit to see if it'd recover from travel. It died and I live chatted again and they filled out a claim for me to receive a replacement. I was surprised to have to pay the shipping for it, but I really want this plant.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
