I have purchased eastern redbud and maple trees. When the trees arrived, they were alive and undamaged, and the roots were moist and had good structure.

I've only purchased two trees from FGT, the first died suddenly after originally doing well, not sure of the cause. The second didn't grow at all, despite careful care. The verdict is still out.

I am a return customer. The last order arrived in good condition. This website always carries what I want. I hope this time the fruit trees I ordered do well.

Always so happy with plants arrival. And planted in garden or in pots... they get even better every year compared to what I buy locally. In harsh Texas climate... large temperature swings from hot to cold... the plants just do well year after year. I have 2 olive trees I bought 8 years ago from Fast Growing Trees that have been through the worst and they are still so lovely.

My first order had a completely dead plant. They replaced it and the new one seems to be thriving. T
He other 4 gardenia plants were half dead. They said to wait 30 days to see if they revive, if not contact them.
I have not received my lemon trees yet. I am hoping that they arrive alive.

Experienced issue with plants arriving dead one time, but that was due to the post office not delivering in a timely nanner. When notified, FGT refunded my purchase price in full. Have not had issues with my recent purchases. Satisfied with FGT, will continue to order when I see something I like.

Many of the plants that I have purchased have not thrived and having any success with the guarantee is almost impossible. Prices are absolutely ridiculous compared to local nurseries.

I have very good experience with the first growing company whenever I made a purchase with this company, I had a full satisfaction and their customer support is very helpful and always ready to accommodate my needs and concern

I am a repeat buyer. Very pleased with the many trees purchased from FGT. I made the mistake of purchasing some from another online company and theirs come with all branches removed, as sticks... that competitor also delayed my paw paw trees for almost 2 years and cancelled one order after waiting for a year for the paw paw. The other paw paw they sent me died. Not the case with Fast Growing Trees... Prices are reasonable, shipping is quick, trees are healthy and packed securely.

Have ordered several times from FGT and have liked the experience. The plants and trees have arrived healthy and happy. When I had a shipper problem, FGT made it right. Thank you.

Great product, but mportant to know if the plant being purchased attracts any kind of backyard pest like, lantern flies, before purchasing. Understand that items will arrive looking different than what you expect... Size and appearance, based on time of year purchased. (Example: With or without leave, etc.)
The main thing to consider is customer service in these situations. Our experience has been that Fast-Growing Trees
has excellent customer service.

First we ordered three maple trees that are beautiful and thriving. Next we ordered four cherry trees. Two arrived damaged and were replaced immediately. Excited to see them grow in like our maples.

Excellent delivery condition. Arrived inside a box from SC to western NY but plant was very healthy, without any damage, leaves were fresh green. It had flowers already bloomed and they were intact as well that even after I planted it few days later it got one healthy fruit which might have been pollinated before the shipment.

Bought a dwarf Japanese Red Maple, it was hard to find. When arrived it was in a perfect package for transport, wet soil and looking perfect. I planted it in a big planter and a couple of weeks later it's looking great.

FGT has generally provided terrific quality at good prices, with one notable exception. The last fiddle head ficus that I received arrived in appalling condition, and the guaranty was denied because the tree was not completely dead. I'm now trying to nurse the tree back to health, but it may be past saving. All other experiences were good.

My trees arrived and stayed healthy except one, which was destroyed by a pest control company that destroyed four knock out rose bushes also.
