This is the first time that I have used Fast-Growing-Trees and thus far, I have been very pleased with the service and product. The reps were very helpful when I called and were well informed. I thought the prices were quite reasonable and shipping was free. I was cautious about having trees come from out of state, but they arrived in excellent shape and were very fresh. I planted them within a couple of days and they seem to be doing well. We'll see how they do in the first year. The shop provided good instructions for planting and care. If all goes well, I would definitely use them again.
I am picky but here I am so satisfied.
I am buying all my trees and bushes here because the service is excellent, I love the warranty in case something goes wrong and the variety of trees and plants is superb.

I had read good and bad reviews about fast-growing-trees nursery before I made my first purchase few years ago. I received very healthy tree in very secure and safe package. I planted tree in the same day. By the end of the year my tree grew up three times bigger. After I purchase few more trees and they doing great. I want to say thank you to all nursery staff for their great work and care for the trees and customers.
We were unhappy with the condition of several of our plants (they were rotting,) which isn't in itself a problem, but when I tried contacting Fast Growing Trees through their website, emails seemed to not go through. I don't have time to sit on hold to work things out with them, and an email is the fastest and most efficient way for customers to lodge complaints. As an online service, this should be a basic customer service offering.
I received dry trees and hoped for the best. I planted brittle stems and branches in hopes of a full to partial recovery. Sadly, it didn't go well. They passed after five weeks of resuscitation efforts.
All plants I've ordered from Fast-Growing Trees have arrived in very healthy condition and are doing well.
I ordered two asian pear trees that were fairly well mangled when they arrived... one was broken in two parts, both were dead. It seemed to me that FedEx caused it... when they left the box at my house they stood it up on one end so one of the trees came crashing down on the other. Additionally, the roots had separated from the root ball (which had dried out).
I spoke with one of your reps who was very understanding and helpful... she had the trees replaced. They arrived on Saturday healthy and are thriving.
I looked closely at both of the shipping boxes and noted that the instructions were in relatively small print and... on one box the instructions and arrow were covered with labels.
You might think about other ways to label the boxes... or... ship each tree in separate boxes.
I've had 2 different orders, and things were pretty much on que. But they got the second order wrong and sent the wrong plant. They did make it up by just giving me the the one they sent and re-sent the original plant. Waiting for it now!
Bought a Gava tree, delivered in time with great condition. The tree starts growing new leaves now.

Fast Growing Trees has not delivered. They said the trees were damaged and returned but took weeks to inform me. To date, they have not sent the trees or the refund. I'm still waiting

We've never ordered plants on line before, but the tree came in a timely manner and was full of leaf buds. We planted it and are awaiting the canvas it promises to give. The only negative so far is that the trunk was a little crooked rather than straight.
I was pretty disappointed in the size of the fig tree and root ball I received. They advertised it as a 1 gallon potted tree and I received a 1 gallon pot full of soil and a tree that had a a 2 inch root ball that had not Grown into the 1 gallon pot at all. For the price that I bought it for it was very disappointing. I called customer service and they did take a percentage off of my order which was nice and they were very helpful and friendly. Also with the two Honey Berry plants that I bought at first they seemed fine but upon closer inspection were covered and scale. And one of the honey berries wasCompletely root bound. For the price and the shipping that this company charges, I expected the plants to be healthy and what they Advertised. Im pretty sure I will not buy from this company again. I gave a two star because the customer service people were very helpful and friendly.
When we received our trees they were WAY smaller than we thought they would be! We did select the 1-2 foot trees thinking some would be at least close to 2 feet. Not the case! All of them were about basically the same 12-15 inches and looked like a twig that was cut from a tree. Also we ordered 13 trees and only 8 showed up. After rescheduling our landscaper we finally went and bought more trees and had them planted. They did refund our money for the five trees but had to spend a lot more on the replacements.
I guess now we will have to wait and see whose trees do better!
Ordered 2 trees. One tree was damaged during shipping and called about damage, they shipped another tree that day. Good to know they stand behind the replacement policy, without any hassles. I appreciate the fast response, makes me more likey to purchase again should I have a need for more trees.
They are still very young... I only planted them a few weeks ago but they seem to be growing and thriving. The big maple had new leaves and shoots and the smaller willows also have many new leaves. I am very satisfied.
I am exceptionally happy with this company (fast-growing trees) and how they helped when I ordered the wrong plants for my yard situation. I will be ordering from them again when I have a better idea of what will work and get the yard fixed!
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
