I bought these Walnut trees, the first two were dead and just a small stick when received. They replaced them, but now one the leaves have turned black and I guess this one is also dying.

I had a plant come that was almost dead, (this was not my first plant from here and all others have been great) and after sending photos they responded fast and my new plant is on its way right now.

Everything shipped promptly, was in good condition, and is doing what it's supposed to do--grow. That's all.

One of the camellias I purchased is doing well, however the other one seems to be failing. I have cared for them equally, so perhaps the failing bush already had problems when it arrived. This is disappointing.

Both of my trees came well packaged and extremely healthy. Both trees came with fruits already. I was able to save 1 peach and 4 plumes on my cocktail tree and they are growing fantastically! My cherry tree also has a few cherries on it and I was able to mature 3 of them. Extremely happy for having fruits immediately. Cannot wait until next year when the trees are all settled in the ground and will produce much more fruits.

I ordered three trees one died. Tree were small Ordered trees from another place they were all bigger and half the price. They all Lived

One tree is doing well and the other is struggling. This may be my fault as I was unable to transplant them promptly after there arrival because of weather.

We needed something more than a 6ft privacy fence...
Our trees were quick to ship, packaged very well, and in great shape when they showed up.
They seem to be accepting their new home and we look forward to seeing how quick they grow, and watch our view of the neighbors turn green... ;)

Everything I've purchased for myself and others have thrived. Recommend it to everyone. Will never buy a bare root plant.

Weather was crazy when my small trees arrived. They were packaged nicely with a lot of care. I planted them as soon as I felt bad weather passed. About a week later. We live in Ohio. Well, guess what it snowed twice then frosted. But they survived! Growing very nicely and beautiful green thugas. Thank you! We will be ordering more when we finish our back yard.

If there is any problems which can happen with living product they respond and resolve it immediately.

Everything about the order was great! Fast shipping and the plants were healthy and are already flourishing. I will definitely be shopping again!

We ordered 6 trees 3 oaks and 3 magnolias. The trees were shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. All trees have been planted and seem to be thriving. One magnolia seems to still be in shock but I have associated some of that to extreme heat we have had lately. Very pleased with our purchase and plan on ordering more trees.

Ordered my wisteria and received it promptly. It was so healthy, planted and is growing beautifully. Can't wait for it to start flowering. Think I shocked it a bit when planting, stopped growing for a bit, but it's coming back. Think the root food helped a lot. Hope to buy another one next year.

Ordered 3.2 came with broken branches. The third one looks great. 2 have been replaced at no charge. Very satisfied.

One of our two plants (the bigger and more expensive one) was damaged in shipping and is having a tough time coming back from it.
